Yes, I meant Sirac Street made by TVS.
M45 is not available anymore. Stopped since 2014.
PSD front was 3800 last I asked.

Best grip for corners and braking would translate to opting for soft compound tyres which have less life compared to hard compound one's.

And as far as I know - We have less options for 18inch wheels in market as compared to 17inch.

Although senior members can throw more light on the matter.

Not Michelin's fault. GOI mandated ISI marked tires for sale in India. PSDs are the only ones left and lots of fakes on sale!

Precisely poker face, have been in a lot of deep shit, that now when anything happens I just sit still and let it be, if it were the rear tire that slipped I could atleast throttle it out.
Once while riding back from a party, the road was slightly wet, I braked a little, the bike did slow down, but the moment it went over one of those studs on the center of the road the tire lost traction, the exact feeling of slipping in the bathroom.

Thanks a ton for your inputs. I bought my rear PSD 120 for around 4200 in Jan 2014.
The front PSD also costs near 4000? How is the price almost equal to the rear one?

I need to know the approx life of my rear PSD 120, just for the heck of it. It has covered around 6000 kms, but looks as good as new to me. I drive easily without hard acceleration or braking. Is it possible that it will last 40000+ kms? The shop owner told me that it won't last more than 30000 in any case.

I got my rear PSDs for 2800 after exchanging the existing tire 2 years back. If it is genuine it will wear out within 20k km. Its a medium soft compound tire.

My friend called me to help him with the oil change in his ZMR. I asked him to keep the oil & oil filter ready. He is in doubts whether ZMR has an oil filter. If yes, then help me with the location of filter.

No oil filter. Just change the oil and wipe the mesh that comes out with the drain bolt.
