no.. he didn't.. he knew his bike was alright except for some minor damages because he only called [MENTION=11210]ravi@17bhp[/MENTION] who helped to bring his bike back

I remember when I met with an accident near the butt road turning towards Kathi paarah fly over.. back in April 6, 2007 on my Pulsar 180.. an auto hit on me and I fell just near the Side foot path near an ATM there.. I got up the moment I fell, picked up my bike and checked for any damages.. As soon as I checked, I fainted.. I was admitted in MIOT hospital the same day by my dad. my bro took my bike home.. my right hand was hanging due to a broken collar bone.. thanks to my bag I didn't roll any further else I would have been hurt more..

Ahh.. I still have that steel plate on my shoulder <3

I got it for 850 including the fixing charges.. I could have fixed it myself.. but just wasn't in the mood to mess with my bike...

well todays got extra keys for my bike remember I told once my bike's keys are coming off to which i was suggested to use the another key and make a duplicate one
asked in a shop for charges he told Rs.70 for a key
in another it was Rs.50 I asked him cant the keys be like orignal ones to which he told get new blank keys from service center and I will make them at Rs.30 for you and TA Da I just got the orignal keys from svc at mere Rs.35 only
means total costed me Rs.65 for orignal one I was soooooo happy

Lol! True.
But I had guardian angels in the form of Xbhp HYD who went out of the limits to ensure me and my bike were ok. The accident has put my 1L km dream back by 6 to 8 months though! Touched 61k today.

you mean 40,000 kms in 6 to 8 months? are you riding or are you simply rotating the front wheel everyday to achieve this target?? Damn.. my bike is about to complete 45,000 in another 140 kms and this took almost 5 years to complete

Some ride more than others. You might be using your bike for city commutes and maybe that very occasional breakfast run. But he is using his machine for touring so obviously he can complete more kms in very less time.
I have a Honda unicorn and it took me close to 7yrs to put 1lakh kms on it. But then I bought a ktm duke 390 and I put 6k kms on it in just 1 month by going long distances and touring.
Anyway, 140kms to 45k huh. If your from Hyderabad then lets plan a trip and complete those kms. What say?

Bro Divya you will soon touch 1 lac km. But socho toh bada socho. Touch 4 lacs kilometres as my joy is about to touch😎.

By the way my extreme is about to touch 45k in two weeks.

I love to tour I love to ride it is just, my office is just 3 kms from my house and I don't ride after I reach home.. Gym in the morning and going to office soon after i return is too tiring.. I have done long runs on my bike.. I can complete 5000 kms in a matter of weeks times.. but the thing is, my marriage is up next week and my parents don't even let me go out.. They insisted me in going to office in car.. I managed to go for a week but I couldn't resist from riding my Black Pearl.. (I had a big cut on my head when in gym with heavy bleeding so Mom insisted I go in car) had I gone on bike I would have crossed 45000 by now

Oh Yeah, I completed 3500 kms last month touring the Passes of Himachal.. Rohtang Pass and Chanshal Pass..

The Tourer in me will come alive from Feb and I will start touring again (also in the money saving mode for my next bike) also in the process of searching for better opportunities and if I get the package I am expecting, I will have enough money to save for my next big bike and for touring on my Black Pearl

Me in New Delhi I can complete those kms today itself if I wish to.. but the fact is, I have to be safe with my marriage next week (My mom's order)

Guys I recently observed that there is a minor fluctuation in the headlight (both U/L beam) while using the horn or indicators while riding at night.

Can some one tell what can be the issue.??

Battery needs to be charged. How old is the battery?? did you get it charged at any point of time?? if it is too old, then it needs to be replaced..

Reneav Bro the bike/battery is 8+ months old. I got it charged at my last service few days back. Will try to give it for charge again.

8 months old and it is about to give up? check the terminals for loose connection on both the battery and Relay.. also check for Carbon deposits on the battery
