I know that buddy, but small issues are expected with body parts, suspension etc.in the country in which we live!Originally posted by Technocrat View PostNo I am not selling the RTR, Also the sound comes very rarely.
What I meant was that if such small issues kept cropping up, I might be forced to think that way
I'm restoring my TVS bike too in the same way. Got the shockers repaired, oil refilled&next is to attack the body parts, clamps etc.
Once the disc plate is replaced it will stop well.
I'm going OT here, but the point TVS bikes run smooth even after many years if maintained well. No changes in engine refinement/gearshifts. Build quality is not as good as the Japs.Quench my thirst with gasoline!

Depends on how major the damage was. If just misaligned or slightly bent throughing/fork overhauling works well.Originally posted by prakash_mvpa View PostSorry for OT ,But..Shock Repairs are always a Compromise and Not Succesful IMHO.Is what I think.@Technocrat:You May Claim Warranty replacement?
If the bike has taken a major hit, it would be worthwhile changing them.Quench my thirst with gasoline!

Mostly company mechs can deal with these things easily, but they don't show the inclination to do so. Try motivating one of them with you know what works best!Originally posted by Technocrat View PostMy bike is now over a year old (completed one year few days back).
Like I said its not a big issue.Quench my thirst with gasoline!

I can understand your feeling. I don't understand why you sold your ZMA that early though.Originally posted by Technocrat View PostSarvajit I have owned a Pulsar 180 DTSi v1 for 3 years & 39k kms, Also owned a ZMA for 2 years & 13.5k kms.
