hey guys .. thought about my service at CBZ and finally came to the conclusion to go and ask what did they do exactly ..

the problems were
oil leak
rear brakes were behaving worst than before
and a 300Rs bill for overhauling of clutch which was NOT REQUIRED

i went there and told them about these things and then they asked me to come tomorrow and then i started my 3rd world war !!

he said the rear brakes were fine but it couldnt stop when the bike was moving at 20KMPH !!!
so spoke to the branch owener and told him that if i dont feel satisfied i am going to take this to CBZ head..
fearing that they may lose the license they replaced my rear brake shoe

AND I WAS LIKE WHAT THE F#$!@%!# !!!!!!! IT WAS WORN OUT !!!!!!!!!!

I LITERALLY TOLD THEM '''what the f!#@ you guys think you are ?'''
they said sorry and what every ..
they even gave back my 300Rs for the SO CALLED clutch overhaul
MIND YOU THEY TOOK THAT MONEY BECAUSE THEY JUST CHECKED THE CLUTCH AND DIDNT DO ANYTHING TO IT

so now i was screeeching my rear tyre all the way to happiness ..

Hi guys,

I want to say brake shoes [rear] (excuse me again), I want to know which ones are good and serve to the 160 RTR.
Also when I use There front disc brake There was a small tiron or blow to forward when brake completely.
How that might be this?

I congratulate them because that created and produced 100 motorcycles CC until the 200 cc (TVS, Bajaj, Honda, Yamaha), are the best.

Status of my bike!!!

Got the bike day-before yesterday after 20 days of sending from Delhi via Delhi Chennai Packers and Movers. One of the worst I have seen/experienced. I got the bike like this:




All the shouting were of no help. On top of that these f*****g ba*****s had tried to remove fuel by removing the rubber piping in the pump and di not know how to put it back. It was pouring fuel. Gave it at RAMKAY for tank replacement yesterday morning. Will get it tomorrow. No other issues by God's grace!! My brother was almost in tears seeing the status of the bike. This is the least I can do for him!! Cost comes to a total of 4.5K. Will have to add this to the trip cost as well!!

@Sam: I wrote this line for a reason and hope you understood now. Now-a-days CBZ's are basically service centers minus 'authorized' tag. So better beware, I use the nearest CBZ just because of those bunch of fantastic mechanics they have or else I would never ever recommend CBZ.

Even they couldnt force me to put Castrol oils in the bike, some simple words do the trick..

@Aparjith: The bike must have insured by the transport company as a pracel, ask them(insurance co) to pay for the damage cuased

We did not opt for insurance man!! They asked for it, but we opted out as the cost was higher(Around 10% of bike cost which comes close to 7K). And these sons of a b***** were citing the same.

from the day one im facing diz problem...(RTR FI)

1. Frequent switch off: when i was riding & when i reduce the throttle engine goes off, it happens atleast 3 times a day & when i raise the throttle silencer bursts with a cracker sound & engine switches off...

2. engine noise is high , its like some coins are rolling inside engine...

i took the bike from mehdoot banlore..i have visited the SVC guys so far 25 times only for this issue in the 3 months (i took the bike on april 14 09)..nothing has been rectified everytime they ll keep the bike for 2 or 3 days & ll say its rectified but the same day ill face the problem....wht to do guys

dude actually i used to go to the nearest CBZ n i was in luv with them but as soon as their lease got over they pulled down the shutter so had no choice .. even i used to give them the oil of my choice
ill try for a different CBZ next time or someother alternative

practically though, i doubt you would be able to do anything about it with the packers especially since you didn't opt for the insurance, so just forget about it and get your new tank. make sure they install a new o-ring and the other stuff for the fuel pump as specified in the svc manual.

thankz bro .. actually i didnt mind if they changed my cluch or somehing but getting cheated is the limit for me
