BTW, I'm having a weird problem with clutch plates.

In two servicing back, SVC ppl changed the clutch plates, pressure plates, Clutch wire and its hose under guidance of TVS engineer regarding sluggish pick-up issue. After 6~7 days, Once I accelarated at traffic light, clutch plates slipped inside the engine. At that time I thought that rear tyre might have done some rolling due to low weight at back. I ignored it that day. Then again, it started happening little often.

The scenario is like, when I am standing at traffic light with neutral gear, once I shift gear and release the clutch, at the very last movement, the bike stands still but the clutch plates get abrased inside. This has started happening once in 10~15 times.
Even if I do not release clutch fully, atleast bike should move, be it slower.

The SVC Manager show his helpless face and says, "Mr. Ankit can guide what is the problem". Unfortunately, "Mr. Ankit" is also not available these days due to his ill health. He said if there's any problem in clutch plate, he'll get it changed.

Can anyone enlighten this problem, why is this, and what can be the remedy.

even i am also having a problem,my bike is not crossing 60-65 km/h or 5K rpm if i try to cross it start jerking and it is happening right after i changed engine oil from tvs tru4 to castrol power 1 racing,i get it checked at Okhla Service centre they said that fuel pump is gone and needs to be replaced let's see what SK guys says.

it's been a month since i last placed my order there...
i went to the showroom thrice and met the head of the parts department there and even placed my order in written...

still he told me it'll take atleast 10-15 days for it to arrive....

No man, i am not talking about priyanka tvs. same ashwini tvs (thane) have one sales shop at tapal naka, opp. petrol pump.on same nh4 where priyanka tvs is. just move a couple of kms towords khopoli to get your bike screwed by him.

Phew! ok it's a big relief to know that it wasn't priyanka tvs. i didn't know that ashwini has a svc at panvel. i don't think it's authorised because the tvs people have never told me about it.

btw, u still at neral? i have a friend at karjat who used to come all the way to panvel to service his fiero. now it's become a pile of crap due to poor maintenance so he does it locally. also, the suzuki svc does a lot of rtrs and other tvs bikes. just not free services and warranty support. there's a very good mech there called rajubhai, so if your bike is out of free svc period then you can get it serviced there. i did one of my free svcs there when they still had warranty support and was very pleased with the work.

Exhaust positioning....

is there any diff in the positioning of the exhaust cans of RTR and RTR FI???

cuz when looked from the rear the exhaust of RTR seems more towards the left side and FI's looks more in the centre....

anybody noticed the same????
