arrrrrrrrr .....hey rockerz If u have pay receipt u can always claim REFUND by showing it to SVC... well here are pics of fuel filter and cost . Am buying 2-3 fuel filters to keep it in stock

Its not enough to know how to twist the throttle; you must have judgement to know when and where to do it.

                  • Motul W50 400kms report.

                    Bike: FI.
                    Total kms done: 12000 approx.

This oil makes the tappet sing and slightly (You need super RTR gearbox experince to figure out that cuz the diff is almost un-noticable) smooth gearshift without the blipping effect, nothing good, nothing bad apart from that.

I'am experiencing a slight lag at the throttle response but that's due to the dirty air filter i guess, (RTR's airfilter cleaning in DIY coming up!!)

And as the rains are finally away, the TVS tires are running like dream in the dry tarmac.

I had/Have no qualms about the TVS tires in the dry, though they are slightly scary in the leans (read extreme, peg scraping moments) but otherwise they run very good.

The motul is not making any diff in the engine characteristics at all, the earlier oils i have used never did too.

You are experiencing "lag" cause of the engine oil
Its more dense and thick remember? xW50?

                            NO.
The Lag is not cuz of the oil.
This Lag is signature "air filter yelling take a look at me" thing .

Air filter not super clear lag if diff, sorta like turbo lag,It's gives you lag at two stages, from 3000 to 4000 then from 7000, like something is holding then leaving, then holding then leaving, very much like an engine fitted with a very small turbo, which is spooling, then die'in, then spooling, then die'in.

It happens when you open the throttle sharply, when the engine sucks in huge amount of air, just for the sake of experience, remove the air filter put your palm at the opening of the air box and rev your bike upwards of 6000RPM, the pull you'll experience will surprise you.

DOnt know anything about sensor on your block, but the sensor on Fi's engine block is ETS-Engine Temprature Sensor.

Till Now I thought this was the reason of the lag when i poured xW50
