Thy: Put your foot down and make it very clear to them that you won't settle for a touch-up job on a 1 lakh rupee motorcycle and that too on a bike from a company as reputed as Yamaha. Please do keep us updated on this. Best of luck!

tomorrow this is my first work and will post the updates !!!!!!

was in Hyd for this weekend.. visited Pearl Yamaha, Kondapur.
inquired about accessories, atleast the accessories had arrived there n selling, unlike Mumbai where my dealer (Ganesh Enterprise, Vikhroli) doesn't even have a clue about the arrival.
they were (Hyd) out-of-stock, was looking for gold-plated levers n other stuff. they only had silver pieces left. so all i got from there was gold rim stripes (Rs300).
they say there is no tank protector and back seat crowl from the company, dunno how the hell it is selling in Chennai then!
About apparels, the showroom was selling DSG jackets, which i frankly didnt felt was worth the money. they didnt have any R15 specific apparel as of now. had Yamaha team tees and shirt.
oh yesss...! forgot to mention they had even stocked K&N air filter (Rs2500), asked the guy about its installability (is that a word??), he said wouldn't void the warranty, will give a nice grunt to the exhaust and mileage will drop.Last edited by aman_pulsating; 10-20-2008, 07:25 PM.| Judging a bike by a cubic capacity yardstick is like judging a female by her bra size |

I got wrist pain after driving for about 15kms in heavy traffic. Also I'm not comfortable with gear and break (rear) levers (height: 176cms). May be I should get used to it slowly. It accelerates sharply and handling is simply superb. I had to keep looking at speedo to make sure I'm not going beyond 60 km/h (running period), fabulousOriginally posted by Priyatam View PostPurchased R15 (Red color) today. I traded in my Zma to get this new bike. I miss my Zma
.
But in slow speeds, Zma wins over R15!
As a Zma rider, I was able to feel that difference. You've to rev R15 harder to keep it moving
.
I'll keep posting my experiences with my new partner (
.. period!)
