considering the cost of material, paint and labour, I guess I can pay abt 15K more... hmmm.... it's got a rear disk brake (and change of alloy wheel) and split seat too... make it 20K.

Seen today at Bajaj authorised seller, Jatti Motors on Millers Road...
What you see below ladies and gentlemen is the new R15 modded pulsar 180... the mod work isn't great... actually is pathetic on two of the three bikes on display... the paint jobs aren't anything to write home about either... the yellow one looks good though... they have gone into great lengths to actually fit the whole assembly to the bike...
The bike is all yours if you are willing to pay a small premium... I'll wait for three guesses on the price of the "Limited Edition Jatti Motors pulsar 180" (they have actually stickered "Jatti Motors" on the fairing)...

Hmmm

Well though the bike looks nice..i doubt its worth..as its an after market mod..but just for the price, i would think it to be around 75K-78k.that includes the P180 cost too...

it costs 108,000... no its not a typo... and its not in Zimbabwean dollars... it costs 108,000 INR... and it wouldn't surprise me even if they find a buyer for that price... there are plenty of fools around... and for the record, it doesn't have a rear disk brake...

i got my second service done today after 3200kms...changed the oil filter,air filter was cleaned, the bike runs much smoother....
gt my clutch cable at last...but still kept the local one with me.....who can say that this one will not get torn??????ha ha

please give me any view about the security system...has anyone installed it?????hows it performing????

Hell yeah i want yamaha to sue that dealer at least if not Bajaj ,It's a shame making joke of a wonderful machine and making a wonder fool machine, Didn't bajaj sue Gulsar the chinese copycat bike maker who copied pulsar, so now its time yamaha got their better of this guy and sued him to hell.

@ truebluebiker i had a similar experience when i pressed the front brakes and the front tyre lost its grip and skidded .there was not much damage to the bike but i came out worse .got my elbow joint dislocated. i think sudden braking along with slightly turned front wheel causes it to loose grip when ever now i brake i keep my front wheel straight

regarding security system, i and akhil(rossiter) got a chance to how it will be installed, they way it wires were ripped apart

and the easy with which he installed it.. can come to a conclusion that it can be easily disabled by a bit skilled thief.. I personally dont feel of getting one unless it a authorized one from yamaha..

@satyen: isnt bajaj responsible for what there dealers does.. if its a sub dealer its ok but a authorized delaers doing these

but would be fun to see these bikes

AFAIK All dealerships other than the probiking are not owned by Bajaj... the rest are authorised dealers... franchises.... and sub delaers... someone who did this would cent percent be a sub dealer

thanks a lot buddy...but do you think yamaha will ever come up with such accessories?????i don't think so...even i agree to install original accessories...but i doubt whether actually they would do it...wat do you say????

Dont know what advantages one have going for security system.. so cant comment much.. i always feel its not necessary for my needs as i always park my bike in known places
