Am getting a steady 42 - 44 kmpl. I did not want to go for too much accessories as too much blue would look plain stupid and would burn a much bigger hole in my pocket!

Let me take it one part at a time, one month at a time!!!

@ krishna- about the battery i have ask the yamaha guy weather we can install 7 amps battery he said we can but the battery will not charge coz the rectifier in the bike only support 3.5 amps so if we change the battery to the higher one i will not work

While going to office in the morning, I feel lucky if I can cross 50kmph in all the peak hour rush madness! While coming back home I cruise at around 70 - 75 kmph in 6th. I always change gears at 8.5k - 9k rpm no matter what time of the day it is. On weekends, I either dont leave home or go to Ashok Nagar or Mount road, Ritchie street. That should give u an idea on the kind of riding I do.

Been using both the bulbs together. No battery hassles .been more than a month. Tank pads sad. Its too small. Dont even bother lookin at it. Its nice but too small. Had both the bulbs on for so so long time and no battery dead n stuff. Can use a bigger battery. It ll charge no problem. . Rectifier job may be needed .

did you get the accessories from ambal motors?? if so do they have blue colour clutch/brake levers in stock now??

I got my accessories from Ambal Motors. As of Saturday they had stock for the black/blue clutch and brake levers.

any idea when the rear seat cowl,tank pad and the paddock stand be available????

well dont know about chennai..the racing stand,tank pad is easily available at delhi scooters but even they do not yet have access to the seat cowl which im waiting for

Paddock stand is available....1500 bucks. No idea about rest of the stuff.

@ kirankumar - rush as only one set is there in blue and other r sold so tomorrow get it.
