Well, I've shot these photos for you... adjustment is done where I marked it with red circle. In fact, the gear shift had a lot of play prior to the adjustment.Originally posted by Aparajith View PostI asked the supervisor at Chennai about the same problem and he said nothing can be done...

Nope... I don't think they are made of iron. There is a lot of red mud on my bike from my last ride. The brake lever lost some coating when the bike fell two months back and when I tried to get the lever into shape using a pipeOriginally posted by DriftKingNT View Post@hyd Are your gear and brake levers rusting?

jayan, you can adjust the gear lever yourself..

Im not sure about Brake Lever, The Mechanic at Venkateshwara told that it cant be adjusted.
And yes, Brake lever is pain, I am happy with gear lever after adjusting it.

You can easily adjust the gear lever to whatever suits you best. The brake lever is mounted to the master cylinder directly and hence you will need to modify the brake lever to change the angle...you cant do any ready adjustment.sigpic
