well the bike was running freer but harsher and it actually did not suit the clutch as well .. with vibes after 6K and hard shifts .. shifted to yamalube and it's all back to super smooth. I guess the motul visco is a bit too less for this engine although it is 20W40. Not a chemical analyst so no concrete reasons.
hit the rev limiter for the first time .. the weirdest feeling man .. feels like the engine died.

now it's time for my questions .. has anyone put 60/55W H4s on the 1 5? Any battery issues ? .. Also any good suggestion for a headlamp? I was looking for those philips ones with a blue strip. Where can I get them in blore and for how much? Someone had mentioned about headlight adjustment. Could you put up the details with pics as I am unsure of which screw to adjust.

but it is very usable 10500rpm i upshift at 8500+ most of the time even in teh city..no vibes no drama..cant say the same of the pulsar though...[ may be the bike i revved had an issue]..but the thing vibrates a lot after 7000 rpm in any gear.Originally posted by Samarth 619 View PostThat's it? Guys, sorry for pushing myself in.. but does anyone here have a considerable amount of knowledge on tappet tuning and stuff?? I'm gonna(necessary) get my bike's tappet tuned soon, so want to know a lot about it :PSunny.

whats wrong with 10,500 ? Not a good number eh?
Its pretty good enough for the bikes capacity. No use having high when u cant use it
