Hi all.. Got the beast two week back and it has been a fun ride.. Took it to Nandi hills last week.. on the way down, bike behaved strangely.. started accelerating without me giving any throttle ( was increasing from 35kmph to 42kmph.. RPM was also increasing).. Restarted the bike (typical sw engg style) and it seemed to be back to normal(still was accelerating at times on not so steep slopes).. Is this normal??

My bike had some problem 2 days back.. it kept cutting off like it's gasping for air/fuel. It was a very serious issue and kept on happening. It'd start and idle normally, but would start gasping once you rev it up (gasp as in like when the fuel tank is empty) and eventually turn off or come back to idle state. So drove to SS straight, and the guy there changed my spark plug+adapter and billed me for 260 Rs.
It seems the spark plug,adapter, engine's oil seals aren't covered under warranty.
Note: My bike did just 2900kms, last service was done at 2600kms.
Is it all just normal? Tried to post it that day itself, but the forum had some problem and it just wasnt accepting my posts..Sunny.
