      2) The brake light is on without pressing the brake...i have to press the back brake 3 or 4 times to make it go off...I'm getting paranoid about this and always check it every now and then...thought its water or something and it'll go away in 1 or 2 days...but no...anybody else faced this??

      3) Fairing screws..tightened them the day after the service...

Gwad..i hope yam opens a probiking centre in every major city..

2.) just clean the brake pedal joint and lube with oil.
its coz of the dirt which settles there...

reg sound, are you hearing even if tyre is rotated wit hand???

Spoke with the service incharge for west who said that the lubrication in the R15 engine is a bit 'different' and hence the issue due to the drilled clutch.... I guess that was a saving grace note... Engine breakdown (in mycase) was due to the service issue man, otherwise it was very much allright...
        Sticking to stock now....
He he he +1 on RTR... Chalk and Cheese!

Wow, thats sweet to hear man. I was pretty sure that the problem was due to service :-)

Also its really great to hear that Yamaha has responded so quickly. You must be one very pleased guy.

Was joking about my bike only
Warranty = no taking parts back home I know what you were thinking and thats exactly what I checked for first

Drill holes = better lubing = fried pistons!

                            • hello,
There is some problem i am facing from a couple of months in my bike.
The bike's tyre's use to bubble a lot and gives a feeling of like you are just going to fell off also the air pressure in both the tyres redue very fast say in 6-7 days, the tyre flats. Whenever i leave my bike's handle to check its stability, bike tilts towards left (earlier there was no such probs). I took it to SVC, they checked the puncture and found 3 nails in front tyre and 4 nails in rear tyre
After that i din't rode my bike for 4-5 days. Yesterday i took my bike for a short ride, and again felt the same prob, exactly same prob without any improvements, even the air pressure was also less.

Did anybody faced similar problem. What should i do to rectify this..??

Congratulations you have a LOT of punctures....
                                1) After every ride, its a good idea to quickly glance your tyre to check for possible sharpnels (which can lead OR grow into a puncture later)

                                2) Although a tubless can take some punctures am not really sure if your tyre has the strength to hold up

                                3) If you have been riding with low pressure (because of punctures or whatever) you might have a bent rim as well.... to check this splash some soap water on the area where the rim connects the tyre..... if you see bubbles, then congrats you now need a new rim!

PS: are substantially covered under insurance is all I am saying! DOnt get any ideas from this!
