    1) After every ride, its a good idea to quickly glance your tyre to check for possible sharpnels (which can lead OR grow into a puncture later)

    2) Although a tubless can take some punctures am not really sure if your tyre has the strength to hold up

    3) If you have been riding with low pressure (because of punctures or whatever) you might have a bent rim as well.... to check this splash some soap water on the area where the rim connects the tyre..... if you see bubbles, then congrats you now need a new rim!

PS: are substantially covered under insurance is all I am saying! DOnt get any ideas from this!

the video has been available in youtube . i saw it a few days back.
earlier in the thread i found several guys complaining about not being able to touch 140. last saturday i touched 142 at 9500 rpm.while returning it was pretty windy and i could touch only 136 at 10500 rpm. it is the wind that plays the spoil sports.

touching 142 at 9500rpm (obviously at 6th gear). 136 at 10500rpm? (still sixth gear) doesn't make sense dude.
the confusion is...if the engine was able to run faster...how come the tyre to move faster?
normally if something is blocking the accelaration (external or internal factors), the engine doesn't run beyond a certain point...if it does...the energy is suppose to go somewhere...
Just because you haven't seen it doesnt mean its impossible...expect the unexpected.

                          • Hey guys,

Just gave my bike for the 9k servicing, its currently at 925x odd kms. Since I have to change the oil filter at 10k, Orion was saying doing it now itself along with a change in oil. They were suggesting going in for the AGIP engine oil (600 odd bucks). Currently am using the Motul 300v oil and am very pleased with it. Is the AGIP one as good as it ? Or should I stick to the Motul ? Would appreciate a quick reply, have told them not to change it till I call them. Thanks in advance.

Is it like that the charging of the battery depends upon the coil?
I know this is a very noob question but based on these small queries i'm trying to devise a setup for better headlight.
I read in a thread where in people are putting a 55w bulb in place for a 35W in P200 and they are replacing the charging coil with that of Avenger. So does this means if we put a heavy coil the battery will be able to take the load?
                              My thoughts...

The charging of the battery depeds on the coil as well as the RR.
Avengers coil is winded using wire of a thicker gauge. So it can generate more electricity than P200 coil. It is the RR which has to take the load & charge the battery.
I would suggest not to do such stuff on R15 unless u know what u are doing. Easier alternative is get HID's.

Both AGIP & Motul 300v are equally good synthetic oils. If you wish u can give AGIP a try.
