whats the price of single bulb ??

4th servicing done today, at 4470kms. It's running as smooth as butter! Loving the whole P-200 experience..

@aryan: good to hear that you are loving this whole p200 experiance, so ithink this is time for some word of mouth publicity campaign..

ok update : got the bulb and the guy even got his local mechanic to fit it onto the bike.

Total cost : 700 (bulb) + 40 paid the mechanic.

Feedback : Difference in dark areas is noticeable compared to the stock lamp. I have not had my stator plate changed to the Avenger (will get it done later) but even then the spread and the intensity is good. However there is a minor lag when switching between low and high beam. Also the dipper shows a slight lag too, which i suspect should not be there when the stator plate is changed to the Avengers.

Overall : its definitely worth it @ 700 bucks!

Absolutely! I would anyday recommend someone considering a P-200 to just go ahead and get one. My experience with the machine has been brilliant! Seriously..

Hi man, let us know the experience in detail after riding more. what was the specification of stock bulbs in your bike? Which model of nightbreaker did you opt for? Hope they will be helpful for riding safely.

Osram Nightbreaker +90 60/55w. It should definitely be better once i change the stator plate to the Avengers

my gear downshifts are really noisy...upsifts are smooth....

Pulsar 200's bottom end explored

bottom end grunt.....

Of late am ride my 200 very sanely. Since am still studing and fuel my own bike by working part time...need to burn every drop of fuel........so i prefer fewer gear shifts and wenever i slow down from 55 to say 40 coz of traffic of watever i try to slwly chug away instead of downshifting to save fuel....LOL wat else u'd expect......

neway i tried this today wanted to know the bikes low end capabilites and torque abilities FULL EXPERIMENT DONE IN 5TH COG ON A STRAIGHT ROAD

......... let the bike go to 30 and slwoly tried to chug away......it pulled WITH NO HEADACHES.....
then went down to 25 and pulled the throttle slwly....Guess wat it pulled again without a knock....
then 23 same story pulled again..by now rpm's were like 2000......was damn impressed......decided to take her into he teens slowled all the way down to 19 at 1800 rpm....and guess wat she pulled...a slight knock was dere which is very normal i feel......so there u go a small experimental observation again that i have done and this time with the torque and pulling power tested.and boy how she responded right from 1800 rpm on the 5th cog (19kmph) to 68 at 5K rpm's.....still feel that the bottom end needs to be crunched up a bit like for eg the rtr's.......

i dont recomend this for day to day riding coz it will jack up all major components of the engine...

gr8 man...i heard that it will drain out the battery if you dont switch it to avenger coil....do it fast man and ya me too planning to change to this bulb...i have one small question...it gives pure white light ??

^^ why would it drain the battery? The 200 headlights are not on the battery man. I wouldnt say 100% white light but its definitely not like the stock lamp. Infact the stock lamp has a bluish coat, this one is clear
