Battery fault

I hav done 27k on odo... i face the same problem of self start no working up to the mark... even after riding for long hours when is stop at signal the engine shuts down.......... its very iritating... is it just the battery or something else..... someone please help...

Hey the battery problem is kind of common. Actually i myself never faced it. But yeah my brother did, on the delivery day itself while on the way from frm showroom to home. He didnt got the battery replaced. They just checked it. N when asked bout the problem the guy told us that the batteries provided by Honda are not too good.
So the only options we are left with are either changing the battery or getting a kick installed.
And fortunately i never faced any battery issue till now. My bike is 10 months old now.

May be your carb needs cleaning (just guessing)
Whats your idle rpm??

Its not a battery problem. I suspect its because of low idle RPM. Better go to ASC and inspect. i hv a stunner pgm-fi, using 16T front sprocket and a custom exhaust. im getting around 115kmph currently.
I'm running 15t front sprocket & it can do near 105kmph on speedo @ 10k rpm.
And plz post some pics of your exhaust...

Way of carb tuning
Guys, now i know the way of tuning stunner(s)..
One have to remove the battery holder (with battery, terminals are still connected) then you can see the AFR screw!
Start engine.., turn it.., tune it..
