Radium lines are genrally used when u have a stock painted rims and u have small budget to make it look better. when you get the entire rim's painted the radium is more or less spoiling the show of paint. Also the purpose people used radium is that the black paint on RIM of Background give a good Get-up for the Radium Strip. it altogether a different (OLD) way of giving your bike a good look.. personally i am not a big fan of Radium Strip's

        How much did it cost?
Can you some more details on how this was done?

no man the gold color on top is similar to what we have on bike the it shows sparkles when in sun light.. only the gold color costed me 1200 buck for 250 ml that was expensive. the Paint job cost depends on what type of color you select if we had gone for basis color then it would have be completed under 2.5k however the color i selected costed me 2.5 k over all so the math is

              Color Cost(Variable)+Labor Charge of 1500 =X+1500 lol..

              • 4 k odd on my odo,,4th service yet to be done,

guys am experiencing more sound from engine, like when am revving it up suddenly , this prob am facing after second service ..feels like theres something hammering in the engine..its not tat smooth as it was like before,,

apart from this theres no single complain about this bike no rattles on any kind of roads..
constant mileage of around 52-55,,cant believe sometime its 58-59 esp on long drives..

i felt suspension at rear is too stiff,i dont like siting at back of my bike at all..may be i wouldd rate my bike as worst rear seating when it comes to comfort..(any lights on this?)
... overall the ride quality is excellent..
my friends never let me touch my bike when they are around

                • Just get the tappets tuned. Should solve the problem. Usually when the tappets get misalinged, there is more noise and less pick-up.

Keep us updated if this works.

well your last line "my friends never let me touch my bike when they are around" describes the bike you have. regarding the engine noise prb i suggest you get the oil lvl checked as i had experience it as well.

the reason i said chk oil lvl because as per my expirence the HONDA ppl did not change the engine oil in the second srv or rather they must have change the oil from other bike which came for first srv. i had bought that to the notice of the Serivce manager and got the oil replacement for free after which the prb just disappered also when you get the bike for 3rd or 4th service go the oil addictive which is available at HONDA Srv station that helps a lot. earlier when i was running the bike only with regular oil i used to experience a lot of vibs after 1500 to 1600 km after the service, even at the speed of 60 and 70 and they would disappear only when i change the oil. with the addictive that i used in the 3rd service my bike has now reached 8975 still no vibs even at 80-90 kmph. will be getting the final free service (4th) on Monday. and will be trying semi-synthetic oil this time (Motul)

                            • Hi guys this is my first post on your forum....

I had booked a Dazzler a week back based on a test ride and friend recommended.. The other Japanese machinery which I tested was FZ16, which I did not like...
Now today I did test drive the GSR150 from Suzuki, and was highly impressed..
Also an event on highway - which I have talked about on the GSR150 forum- has also put my dazzler decision in a dilemma.

                              1. Contrary to bike sites & what my friend initially advised, I found the GSR engine to be much smoother and with reduced to nil vibration, as compared to dazzler though its supposed to have the unicorn engine.
                              2. Seating and driving feel also felt much much better on GSR rather than small Dazzler.

So could you please educate me on what counts do you believe the Dazzler is a better buy compared to the GSR . All I wants is a good all round bike, with decent mileage of around 50 kmpl without any reliability issues. Frequent short street trips with occasional NH drives.
I do own a Stunner, whose body panel quality I am not that satisfied.
                              I am 6" 92 kgs. Thanks

Let me put it this way whether you want to make eyes roll or just want to go un-noticed. simple dazzler has got quite a few looks. i myself weight around 95 this i am able to achieve a top speed of 115 kmph till date and i am sure if i get good roads i will touch much higher speed. off road is not a difficult as the riding position is too good even for a long distance touring, you wont face any back problem. dazzler can take good amount of load on it say 3 ppl of our size(if space allows ) i had done a trip of 160 kmph with a pillion and trek bag carrying around 35 kg still no issue neither in cornering or pick-up tough the top speed got little less but then 70-80 is still not a bad speed. now coming to braking system any one who has be on the saddle of dazzler can say it has got the best in class braking system no slipping on wet or even on gravel loaded road. At least it the 150cc category

Still got any question do let us know..
