  • Compared to Unicorn, there are very minor vibrations at 5k and they would vanish as the rpm builds up. Minor vibrations will not make this bike a bad choice. I am completely satisfied with my bike (for 150cc level).

          • Getting my dazzler tomorrow !

            Hi everyone !
            It gives me extreme pleasure to share with you all that I will be getting my new Dazzler tomorrow. It's black.

            I have a query. According to the manual,

            [Use unleaded petrol with a research octane

            number of 91 or higher]

            I want to know which is the best petrol for this bike. Xtrapremium or speed ?

            Any other important thing related to PDI you want to tell me.

            Please reply guys !

              Dude, Never use Speed or Xtrapremium for your bike.. It's not pure and will spoil your engine. Always use Pure unleaded petrol. Use HP or BP. Do not go for Indian Oil. And use Honda's Oil itself. It is a perfect mix for power and Mileage and is the best oil for the bike.

              • But does normal petrol has rating of 91 octane ? I doubt it.

                  Normal Petrol in India is 90+ (After searching on the net i found this out).

                  So our Unidaz shouldn't have any problem!

                  • Folks i saw your posts till page 29. And finally created my profile here to participate in the forums (felt this is worth it).

                    I'm a 17.3 year old doing my 12th, 5" 7' and growing, 50Kg.

                    I need a bike which has:-

                    * Awesome looks (can compromise a little bit)
                    * Good Mileage (No compromise, I'm a student and i'm a youngster! Roam alot but no income)
                    * Good Power ( No compromise Don't want to ride a cycle in the name of bike)
                    * Digital Console (No compromise)
                    * Build Quality (No Compromise)
                    * Reliability and Maintenance (No compromise, i'm gonna use this bike atleast till i get my job)
                    * Should be worth every penny (No compromise, Middle class family works hard and sacrifices many things to earn a bike worth money)

                    And I've been possessed by the Unicorn Dazzler. Unicorn was my favorite bike since i was 10 but looks too outdated for a youngster like me but now it has come in it's new avatar i'm in love with it. To begin with i went on it's look i hated it, but after i observed it carefully (beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder) the looks problem has almost gone. And then when i saw you people's ownership experiences and how happy you were with it. I can't wait to have my own now, I'm getting sleepless nights due to the excitement, dreaming about it, How'd it be when i have it, How'd it be when i ride on it and stuff I didn't sleep few days ago at night .

                    But it has been a very close fight between Apache and Unicorn Dazzler. I've been loving unicorn since my childhood, but with Apache i've had Infatuation too, But i don't like it's sound, yet it looks better than Unicorn Dazzler but not as hi-tech though. And now i been reading many complaints regarding Apache's stability, build quality and vibrations

                    I'm still a bit confused about what to do?

                      Dude, Unicorn's engine is the best engine in India. It's a fact. Apache has a lot of problems with its Stability. It vibrates a lot and the engine gives you a lot of problems after a year. And TVS is an Indian company man. Honda's quality is known worldwide. I was just like you when i was confused with the Dazzler and FZ. But Unicorn's engine is the best in the business man. It's more reliable than any other bike. Go for this bike. It suits all your need completely. Trust me, I'm a Unicorn dazzler owner and i have no regrets till now. Only after riding other bikes i found out why mine is the best!

                      Cheers!

                        Well yes, i've had a very disgusting experience with my mom's "Scooty", it's been 7 years since we bought it, and after buying there has been literally no relationship between TVS and us!

                        But then i don't want a company of some other country earn profits of the money of my money. I want profits to go to my country's company.

                        I'd be very more proud riding an Indian bike.

                          Every body likes to death the bikes that he owns, the same is the case with you. Now stop making silly statements about my bike has the best engine and all, agree the RTR might not be as reliable as the Uni, but it is different beast to the sober bike that you have.
