I did not like the stunner styling that much and so wont go for it.
I am used to this double side gear lever in my older bikes. Just wondering if I would fit the same on the dazzler . the salesman said he can fit the one from Honda Shine onto this.
Is it a good idea ? Or Unilever style is better ?
Also My friends and brother are asking me to go for CB Unicorn instead of Dazzler since unicorn is tried and tested and more stable.
Am confused a bit now. would like points from you guys.
I bought a Stunner 4 months ago and not quite happy with it. It's not meant for performance. It vibrates like hell around 60 and it is difficult to touch higher speeds due to the stupid tall gearing.
I simply love the CB Unicorn and feel that it is a better bike than the Dazzler.
Recently I rode one of my friend's 4 yr old Pulsar 150 and was blown away by the kind of power the bike was producing after 5 yrs of constant use. That is when I realized that I should not have settled for a 125cc bike in the first place. Nothing that I can do now
Please don't go for the Stunner. The bike has a low powered engine which struggles to pull the bike's own weight to high speeds.
I wish I could get my old 100cc Passion Plus back...I ripped that bike hard and it remained humble every single time!
Signals which are timed for 50 Kmph are also timed for 100 Kmph :)

regarding this issue i feel that comfort should be given more preference than styling
so if shine's lever gets a perfect fit and is very comfortable for u than the single sided lever, u shud go for it
both unicorn and dazzler has the same engine with few differences such as engine power and noise, console, styling and rear disk
u shud do a trade off between these differences and select a bike for u
i chose dazzler over unicorn for its rear disk and reduced weight

yeah.. unicorn feels more solid. but the pain part is the waiting time. if i find one within a month i will get it.. else may have to get dazzler.
OT : I remotely believe HMSI is pushing newer models (with fatter margins) and putting hold on older models...easy to get Dazzler over Unicorn, Twister over shine...Aviator over Activa ??!!
aviator too is kept under demand i guess...cos my friend booked aviator for his uncle last month and the stock is not available...the guy at the showroom said as for upto december month bookings , the bike has got delivered.
but dazzler and twister are very freely available with very minimum waiting period...
Hey guys! I picked up a dazzler yesterday, finished around 250kms on the odo.. i am doing a different type of run in ( as i always do for my bikes ) i still haven't got the owners manual as the showrooms are closed on the occasion of telangana issues... can anyone please tell me the grade of oil used in the dazzler?? please need this info ASAP. thanks

Honda recommended is 20w40 though i suggest try out shell vsx 10w40 semi-synthetic i am personally using this.. price for vsx approx 300 rs. so i guess not a big deal to spent 20-30 rupees extra than the Honda oil
the difference is huge in throttle response
let me know you experience with shell VSX 10w40
Patience is something you admire in the driver behind you and scorn in the one ahead..
Booked a dazzler - silver .. 2 weeks wait time now...
salesman not interested to give any option for CB unicorn whose min wait time is 4 months.. So went for the dazzler.
guys am experiencing more sound from engine, like when am revving it up suddenly , this prob am facing after second service ..feels like theres something hammering in the engine..its not tat smooth as it was like before,,
apart from this theres no single complain about this bike no rattles on any kind of roads..
constant mileage of around 52-55,,cant believe sometime its 58-59 esp on long drives..
i felt suspension at rear is too stiff,i dont like siting at back of my bike at all..may be i wouldd rate my bike as worst rear seating when it comes to comfort..(any lights on this?)
... overall the ride quality is excellent..
my friends never let me touch my bike when they are around
well the noise has increased and as per service guys said theres is problem with piston rod. They said they ll replace the crank assembly and stuff but theres no spare part available as if now,,for obvious reasons they giving me,,rare part .,,new model when we get it we ll replace it,,
its been more than one and half month they are still searching for the spares.
Now the engine noise has increased at idle itself..
i dont know how to deal with them now.

i heard the mp3 it sounds more like engine running without any fluid inside it..
also the shock problem that you have said get the shock set to soft and see the difference..
Patience is something you admire in the driver behind you and scorn in the one ahead..
suspension is set to soft by default since the delivery and just a week back i had my fourth service done and they have replaced engine oil. While doing that it was noticed it had just around some 300-400 ml oil only..

Where did you get the shell vsx 10w40? In Pune at all shell petrol pumps this semi synthetic oil is not available.
