Hey guys, I have 3 main questions to ask. My dazzler is 2100 kms' old.
1. I'm getting a mileage of 45 odd. Can you guys please vote for the best Petrol Pump? Is it Hp or BP?

2. The Service guys tell that there is no need for lubing the chain since it's a dry chain. Which Chain spray should i use and how and how often?

3. My Dazzler has done just 2 services. But Which Oil should i use from the 5th service? Just Curious!

1. Best petrol pump is Shell!
2. You can try OKS chain-lube or even TVS chain lube (Rs 280/- 500ml), which I am using currently.I use this after every 400-500 kms.
3. Motul 300v

Hi guys,

Can you please tell me the idle to be keept in dazzler according the to the manual its 1.4 but the scv guys says 1.4 will not give milage. So please advise me the right idle rpm for dazzler.

Also can you also suggest if i can fit a kicker to dazzler since dazzlers share engine with unicorn, is there a possiblity where we could fit a kicker?

Hi, bought the Motul chain lube today itself.. Costed 480 bucks... Cleaned the chain first with disel and an old toothbrush and then let it dry.. And then used the lube.. Hard work paid off... Chain sound disappeared .... Runs smooth now...
Is the Chain clean worth ? Applying the same removes the dirt from the chain without any further effort or you still need to use the toothbrush to do the same ?

Both the Shell pumps in m'lore closed down recently! So please tell me if i should go for HP or BP.

Has anyone tried using Motul V300 for Dazzler ? I have been using Honda oil all this while (11.5k kms)
Can anyone share their views for the same?

dear frenz...
am a newest member in xbhp..an i've been reading this thread ever since i thot of gettin a bike...of corz a 150cc...an after long days of dilemma an doubts...i've zeroed to honda unicorn cb dazzler[HH hunk, suzuki gs150r, p 150 were my other choices...

]....an i've booked a black dazzy from john's honda ;thrissur , kerala...it'll b delivered by da end of this month....since this is ma first bike...an as am nt an experienced biker...frenz plz help me ur precious guidelines.....

Congrats for booking the Dazzler. It's a great bike and you will enjoy the experience.

You can go through this thread for general queries about your bike before raising any questions as you can find the answers to most of your queries readily.

HP & BP, both are almost same. Stick to any one amongst them.

Yes,it is at the honda authorized workshop. I got my left side panel painted recently, as my bike had a fall.
