Yup, costed me a whooping 60 Rs

Though, the flexible stand was from my dad's old tripod.

I see a Kodak Playsport! Nice!

Was contemplating buying that for a long time, but went for another camcorder.

The camera setup seems mechanically fine, but definitely needs some paint in my humble opinion.

How/Where did you get this made? What kind of nuts/bolts did you use for the petrol cover mount?.. been searching for these for a long time!

              • Planning to buy Dazzler

                Hello,

I had an Apache RTR Fi. My back is in bad shape, thanks to the riding position. I planning on switching my bike, I have zeroed in on unicorn cb / dazzler. I prefer having more power, rear discs, digital console, lighter dazzler compared to unicorn.

I wanted to get some clarifications regarding dazzler preferably from owners of dazzler and having ridden >5-10k kms + (I was in love with my rtr for more than 10k kms , so would have given a biased opinion)

All my questions refer to dazzler. Please help me out with some advice. I would be referring to unicorn cb as unicorn.. and unicorn dazzler as dazzler.

                1) Is the riding position similar to unicorn ? Do I have to bend ? I felt it a bit different compared to unicorn. Is it comfortable in the long run ? I am switching the bike primarily for this reason, So this is of utmost importance to me.

                2) I have read online reviews stating the bike returns just 25-30 kmpl which I do not have the wallet for. Does the bike return ~45 kmpl in city riding? I am from bangalore, and the traffic is getting worse day by day.

                3) I have read reviews that the power of the unicorn is much better than dazzler, even though on paper its the other way round.

                4) Lot of people complain that their bike switches off when riding and have to open the fuel tank for a while to get it started. Lots of reviews with air blocks issues. People have reported that they had to run with the bike pushing to get it started. Its embarrassing and dont want to do it.

                5) Many reviews citing cold start issues. And also bike not starting in case its not used for a week or so

                6) There is no kick starter, and with a lower power rating battery compared to unicorn. Has this been an issue ?

                7) Lots of complaints about service parts not available etc for the dazzler in specific

                8) since the bike is shorter by 20mm in all of length, height and width, Can two people seat comfortably ? Also, Can the bike handle almost 200 kgs with pillion ? (My bro is not light) I have read reviews that unicorn handles pillions better than dazzler, both performance and ride quality wise.

                9) Does it ride fine on the highway ? Does it sway a lot when its windy ?

                10) Wrong speedo meter reading. Speedo meter non zero even while standing. My rtr fi has this problem as well

My brother has a unicorn for more than 6 years and its awesome. Still love the bike. I didnt even go to other bike showrooms for the very reason, I am not gonna buy an indian make vehicle ever even if they might be more vfm. After having read such bad reviews of the dazzler, I am a bit confused about this product. People have called this the worst product of honda ever

It would be of great help to me and appreciate it a lot for the feedback you guys would give. I just want a back easy, refined, hassle free honda.

                Thanks!

Hey bro...wassup...i am an owner of the silver unidazz having completed 5000kms and is one year old.....just wanna say that the dazzler is one of the best 150cc bikes hands down ans for ur queries the ans are below(for each corrosponding question)
1)the riding position is very comfy...can ride for hours at a stretch without back ache but i find the seat a bit hard and narrow (or my bum is too big)

2)the economy is the tricky part...when i fill my tank to full @10 ltrs of petrol my trip meter indicates 320km when ON gets over but i recently checked my avg and got 52kmpl...there is a trick to get a good avg in dazzler, u have to twist the accy and keep it twisted at a constant speed continuously without un twisting it....un twist it only when u have to stop or reduce speed.

3)HMMMM!!! well i feel the power of dazzler to be much more than cb unicorn....maybe ppl feel so coz the old unicorn is heavier tahan dazzler but a properly tuned dazzler is a POWER House for sure

4)my bike has HID lights + is a year old but still no battery issues and never needed to push start it, also if the idling is set properly there is no issue of the bike stopping

                  5) cold starts, yes, but nothing a little choke cant handle....as for the week thing i have never faced such a problem

                  6)no issue whatsoever.

7)parts is an issue but are now somewhat available....the main service center of ur city will always have the parts

8)dude i got my bike to commute to college everyday with my GF....i am never alone on my bike so i think it rides pretty well.....smooth and stable.

9)super smooth on highways no swaying whatsoever....but the bike vibes a little @4000k rpm which is 53kmph

10)my speedo is quite accurate...no prob but dont know abt the technical front

                  hope this helped

                    • The reason I am asking all those questions is, I was pretty surprised to see lots of complaints regarding a honda product. I actually booked the bike, then took a test ride :| , just to see if the riding position is any different.

                        • Hey,
Today i gave my Dazzler for 2nd service. SVC guys had put some Nulon E-25 Engine Oil Additive and has charged Rs 106/- for this.
When asked he said it will improve the engine performance and gives good FE and what not.

Does this really work, or SVC are just making money out of this.

Yes. Even my bike rumbles a little at 52-53 kmph, but I was told every bike has a rpm-speed where it vibrates. Some to do with the engines resonant frequency. But it disappears once you cross 54 and then it's super smooth.

Though Nulon is good for engine, my mechanic told me it may cause clutch slippage & may damage the clutch plates. Is this true?
