Though you can fashion something out with the help of Indian Jugaad
Because these things have to be made of very strong metal, or else it will break injuring your hand instead of protecting it. The main reason is to protect the front brake lever from getting accidentally pressed and causing you to crash. I doubt if you will be riding at high speed at close proximity with other riders, except if you are racing.
Check out this log of Sunny's, he has a brake/hand protector in one of the pics - Prepping and Ready to Go! @ The Grand Australian Roadtrip : Motographing 23,000 kms on a Ducati with Shell AdvanceThe Grand Australian Roadtrip : Motographing 23,000 kms on a Ducati with Shell Advance

2005 it was Honda that was Bumped off, Now its Yamaha's turn to be bumped off.Originally posted by Makky View PostOh, did ya all see that?!
Wathced the video again, very similar to Sete vs Rossi 2005

I was expecting Rossi to fight for podium, lap times were similar, slightly less.
Lorenzo was so upset.

Re: MotoGP 2013 Season - Updates
Did anyone notice Lorenzo refusing any interactions with Marc and the commentator's were like-"he showed him the finger again.." First time Marc also took it seriously, but on the podium when Marc offered to Cheers with the champagne and Jorge refused..Marc walked off laughing as if he was saying.."what a sissi."..heheh

Re: MotoGP 2013 Season - Updates
@R-series:
Catalunya '09 - Rossi-Jlo battle 'd one of them, definitely. The "surprise" element! Marc let the cat out of the bag. JLo 'd keep this in his mind. Nevertheless, it's going to be a Spanish battle this year. Rossi 'll fight off Cal for rest of the year. "Aard race" is not on the cards.Last edited by Makky; 05-05-2013, 08:06 PM.

For those who missed, here's link link on you tube..2005 deja vu
Marc Marquez hits and overtake Jorge Lorenzo ! Moto GP Jerez 2013 - YouTube
"I'm happy because I've done a race to the limit, giving 100% - the first words of Marquez - The tires have dropped quickly, I apologized to Jorge and I'm sorry for him, but that's racing and you have to give your best. I studied overtaking Valentino Gibernau in 2005 in the same corner and I learned " .

Re: MotoGP 2013 Season - Updates
Renewing the old discussion:
Gavin Emmett said, Yamaha is deficit both in power and acceleration compared to the Honda. Even Lorenzo admitted that he is on an inferior machine (post-race press meet).
----consecutive posts auto-merged-----
In 2005, we accepted Rossi doing it to Sete. That's because it's Rossi!
Now, how should we treat this Marquez-Lorenzo incident?!
