yikes. i completed misread what you wrote earlier.

it'll be interesting to see how Miller does on a MotoGP bike.
but if things don't work out, it'll shatter his confidence.
really hope he has a good season next year.

Well, with that kind of form, he'd be behind Dovi anyway. If that's all he can do, he's going to fade after 2015.
To Cal's consolation, both he and Dovi will be behind Iannone, who will have the same full-factory support as them next season.

        Nakamoto on Lorenzo:

Asked why he had made zero contact with Lorenzo, he joked: “Too slow (laughs). We are happy with Dani and it is as simple as that.”

Miller wont be expected to run for podiums in his debut year. More like an On job training to get him up the learning curve quick. Nobody hates a jump start in their career.

All in the pursuit of finding Marquez beater. Vinales too has been signed by Suzuki with Bautista or Esparago being rumored to be the other rider for Suzuki.

Hope 2015 has some new talent to showcase. Tired and bored of seeing no competition to Marc.

He shouldn't instigate Lorenzo. Should never hurt a guys ego.

Wonder why Yamaha didn't flirt with Vinales or Salom for their Tech 3 team. Or at least, the media never got an air of it.

              Someone was right.

The improvement in Dovizioso's mood is entirely down to the progress made with the Desmosedici. The GP14 is now much better on the brakes, and Dovizioso has found he can brake the bike all the way into the corner, and still get it to turn in. The engine is smoother, throttle response less aggressive, making it less tiring to ride over the course of 27 laps. It still suffers from chronic understeer, and pumps the rear wheel on corner exit. It remains quite the handful. But at least it has one or two strong points. The Desmosedici GP13, didn't really have any, even its surfeit of horsepower proving to be unusable more often than not.

                      Crutchlow terminates contract with Ducati.

Iannone to get factory seat for 2015.

That makes it an all Italian line-up for 2015.

I'm happy for CC. Waiting to see what his next move is.

Crutchlow is a rider who, less than one year ago, declared he would tame the Desmosedici "like Stoner". Indeed.
Good riddance for Ducati, even if it comes at the cost of some severance money.
They'll save several million dollars on a 3rd factory rider+2bikes+team for 2015 which would have brought zero benefit.
Crutchlow will replace Bradl at LCR so he's going to ride a factory spec Honda.

Cal will do better on a Honda than on the current Ducati -- that's fairly sure and would apply to any rider. But Cal, in spite of his "aggressive" character, is actually a smooth "corner speed" rider so I think the bike that suits him best is the Yamaha. The present Honda has been developed by "point and shoot" riders like Pedrosa and Stoner. It will take some adapting on Crutchlow's part.
The new 2015 Ducati will also be more like the Honda than the Yamaha.
