I don't remember the Ducati having the side exhaust, I think there was an underbelly and an under seat exhaust only ..don't know for sure.
Just because you haven't seen it doesnt mean its impossible...expect the unexpected.

Nope. Wrong. GP 14 with Cal with side exhaust last year.

Also see the difference in the front fairing, which is far more vertical than the old. The tail which is very different in design.

The shark fins on the side has also changed.

oh yeh..now that you pointed this out, to me it looks more like a Honda in red and white, apart from the front mouth

Also apparently, the engine has been shifted back quite a bit compared to the old, thanks to the new unit being made more compact.

And the bike has been made slimmer for the rider to be able to move around more easily on the saddle.

And the electronics have been updated.

And it has a much larger adjustability range, easier to set up for different tracks in quick time on a race weekend.

It will be setting fast single laps for sure. But whether that will result in faster race pace is another matter all together.

Also are the two Andreas capable of fighting the fast four even with the equitable machinery is one more thing which we don't know.

Didn't they have elbow sliders last year as well. Thanks to the Moto 2 riders like Pol, Marc, AI, Smith and Redding having moved up to MotoGP.

Is Tito Rabat repenting not moving to the premier class? A lot of fast riders in Moto2 now.

Of course, MotoGP is a fast pack!

If he doesn't defend the title or worse, gets mugged, he may not get a fast bike in MotoGP in the future.

Even last year i wondered how high up is Rabat on the food chain. Considering he was battling Kallio for the title. The competition was not the same as when Marquez, P Espargaro, Redding and Iannone were there.

He is a hard working guy no doubt, but maybe the raw skill of the two Alex', Lowes, Salom and Folger will push these 'old' guys back. Am pretty sure if Vinales had stayed back in Moto 2, he would be title favourite and not Rabat.
