HMSI is phasing out the Stunner and (i think but not sure) the CB twister too. The Dream Yuga will bridge the gap there.
Another reason why HMC got the Stunner lookalike.

The 150R is just the beginning.
    Got a $5 head? Get a $5 helmet.

Felt like slapping him. But he was 6'2 and sort of well built.
Understand this comment garnered quiet a few attention. I couldn't resist adding my bit. Was I there, I would have, "yes, that's true. Honda only bring bikes for the lower class people and higher class people. Nothing in the middle"

i think twister manages to sell in quite respectable no. and looks good too,so why are they phasing it out?stunner is market dud,no point of talking, although a 150 cc heart in stunner could attract youngsters, are they phasing out dazzler too?
and the question remains why do i race?
every finishing line is the begining of a new race.

#i have learnt to manipulate my own adrenaline and the perception of biking is different.
        #overkill is underrated.
#how random roads may appear there is always a destination.sigpic
#i don't subscribe to co-incidence,either it is the rider or the other moron on the road

(:)people keeps on saying add spark to life, bajaj got hold of that idea and added an extra spark to bike.

Twister is selling like hot cake. Wonder why would they phase it out?

Lower class in India is a tvs excell. Upper class, even if at the beginner level and disregarding all the street legal SBKs, is the cbr250. So dont you think he still deserved a tight rap across his face?

Absolutely true.. they deserve to be kicked on their bottoms.

Even in cities like Vadodara the mentality is similar, when i had gone to inquire for CBR 250, they said most of the bookings are from "high profile" people.
What do they mean by "high profile" and what is their gauge to "measure" people and who are they do decide who buys what.

                • According to those Dealers,,,,, The 250 is the Top most model that they have and other models are either ways lower compared to the 250....

So according to them they have classified the Models into to the class of people,,,,,

A normal Citizen walking to the Honda showroom will ask the sales rep that i need a Bike,,,,,, So to explain to that normal citizen the sales Reps use these kinds of words

CBR250 = Super Premium and Top Class model

Uni, Stunner, Dazzler, = Middle class model

Shine, Twister = Lower Middle Class

                  Lower Class = Nothing.......

TVS and HMC are the only Company who are still producing Two Wheelers for every People.....

Precisely. My statement Means, CBR1000RR and the likes are for higher class people. Lowering all the rest of his inventory including the CBR250 to lower class people is a rap as tight as possible.

Even the Harley staff was rude. But that i could understand since its Harley. But this attitude from Honda people was sad. Even the Yamaha guys were nothing different. Pathetic people.
I went to Bangalore Wheels,Bangalore while i was there. And hell I was impressed. The staff was so welcoming. Patient in answering all my silly questions. Specially mentioning of a young guz called Yusuf who showed me around the whole showroom even after me priorly informing him that I'll buy a bike in Surat,Gujarat.
How the hell are people in the south so sweet?

i have posted earlier ,again stating the same, honda people tend to have a weird non-chalance towards buyer.when i last time checked out the honda nearby my home to enquire about dazzler for my friend ,i was amused to see the only sales-guy in that women-infested showroom was busy in flirting,i had to find out myself the deluxe edition display bike at the remote corner of the showroom,it took them a mere 30 minutes to find out the waiting period.since then i avoid that showroom and go to a distant honda showroom where the elderly person is quite helpful in answering every silly questions.yeah the yamaha guys are helpful too.tvs is okay, hmc?well don't even ask about them.

the sales-persons have typical attitude of judging people by their appearence but i don't give them a damn as at the end of the day we the buyer are the king and they have to rush to meet-up their monthly target in sales.
and the question remains why do i race?

if showroom-guy is to be believed then bikes should be readily available in the 3rd week of march.
