This super sport tourer just fits the bill for all fellas like me. And yes, if its less than 200 grands on road, I would seriously consider buying it. After all its a CBR!!

As some one said, I will keep my Gladiator for daily commuting and the CBR 250R for weekend/ occasional tours.

A nice move by Honda to pull in beginners into the world of biking.

    Ride safe. Hail Trance

      • Check this out (hope no one posted above)

Single Cylinder.. i guess would cost significantly less than Ninjas.... plus manufactured in india with global procurement and other local quality process will again bring down the price.. i didnt get much on wats the power inside .... but looks like a worthy wait .... i bet my money on this one since its all Honda ! lolz though not flashy as Ninjas in design and color well looks subjective again.. but it looks futurestic ..... what more indians want on our roads .. 250cc with raw power, exceptional handling torque, comfort o....on indian roads a perfect synergy.... looks more of a sports tourer than a track bike to me though....

          • Bunny's comments on this:

Love spillin the beans (sort of!)
-For a single, the 250cc engine is pretty strong.
-Hit 140km/h on the limited straight on the track in 5th. should do 155 in 6th given the road
-Mighty comfy. Good for Big ppl too
            -Can be a good mile muncher (Delhi-Mumbai, Bangalore-Hyd, Kolkata-Vizag, Cochin-Goa etc)
-April'11 launch. Both normal and C-ABS launch. Starting from 1.45 ex-showroom
            -110mm front / 140mm rear. 17inchers.
-Engine pretty smooth, terrific low end.
-Indian version will be around 27bhp. Main point is torque at low revs
            -VFR look alike speedo too!

Yes, I will be among the first few owners
