    Very true. The R6 does around 275Kmph and the R1 does 290+. So it is in fact silly to compare the top speed of 2 bikes with different capacities/set up. (OT: @ZeNashB: Did you lose some pounds to go faster?. Seems you're more serious than Yamaha there about the R15.

      Price wise Honda cbr250 is a better choice. But performance wise Ninja250 is far ahead.Trust, there may be a chance of price down for Ninja in the near future due to new arrivals. Strong competition results in price too. Hope the Price War also begins.
      Most motorcycle problems are caused by the nut that connects the handle bars to the seat.

        He wasnt the only one who said a lot of silly things, Guru and TenHut did make a fantastic point... a single cylinder has lesser moving parts and hence is more 'reliable' but given the Honda standards I am sure this has been well though off. I repeat we are making kiddish comparison with a bike we have not ridden now comparison with the R15 and Ninja250r!

        PS: Can anyone be kind enough to show this gentleman the video of a souped RX135 smoking the Ninja 250 in drag?

        Does it make it any more reliable with a single cylinder, is that what you can term as performance? I dont know, but it definitely beats the Ninja 250 in acceleration and top speed...!

          Whatever it is, but one thing i really like about this bike is this will be the only bike along with the Ninja 250R(barring the SBKs) which has the international recognition and brand name and it will hopefully be available with the same specification throughout the countries, in India.

          This single factor would be redeeming for the bike if it is not a fire-breather or a corner-carver like we expect.

                  err, actually biologically the number of testicles does not change your quality of reproduction or quantity for that matter. Remember after all it is just one sperm cell that can get you slapped by your girlfriend. There are millions of sperms and two testicles because nature is just super cautious.

                  And what are we arguing on this thread? The honda 250 is coming we are all happy so we want to pee all over other bikes. Very nice. But why are we being intellectual about it
                  ? Especially talking about torque and what not. Remember no girl fell for a guy talking about torques. James May is an example. According to Jeremy Clarkson he is the only man in the world who understands torque.

                  So please stop being all intellectual about it. Because intelligence and ecstasy don't mix. Let's wait till april and then go give some gandhijis to Honda san.

                    Wholly shit! (i) About Can - I was a little skeptical about it.
                    (ii) About better - Such knowledge is rare and a definite must for a discussion forum dominated mostly by male population. All should be grateful to the author for this info. Thanks.

                    In any case, when cylinders are considered to be testicles of a bike, we would urge Honda to add 2-3 more testicles to CBR.

                    I love such forums, a congregation of such varied people with varied tastes, thought process, imagination power, comprehension power and what not.

                    So, I would love to call CBR a full Hunk with one testicle, R-15 a quarter Hunk with one testicle and Ninja a full Hunk with one extra testicle which dominates the other two by virtue of its extra testicle and reproduce better. What a conclusion!

                    My salute to all Honda-vings, GSferarri, forty6 and all others.

                        Advice is a form of nostalgia.

                              Give Ninja a good amount of straight road....it demolishes any and everything with utter ease...!
