please brothers,lets behave ourselves.we are a member of a very reputed forum and we are not here because we are bikers,its because we believe in it.its not the bike its the biker that matters.
i am astonished ,no one even asked how is the rider?.
the lesson from here is still the good old same story of necessity of gears.
no one makes any product badly and they always try to give the optimum output in their product.
like every reputed company,honda also did the best for their products.
we are cribbing all because a simple photograph and we are forgetting one thing ,even we the Homo sapiens
which is the best engineering of the all time ,still we fall.its natural an object which is on 2 point will not stay stable,the biggest eg is a person who is suffering from Parkinson s or any other balancing disorder.

so please can we please cut the nonsense and please show the quality that we all have in ourselves.
please remember its "not the bike its the biker,its not the bhp or cc,its the common religion" as said by one of the many quality people in this beautiful site.

as for the bike i want to thank honda for bringing out this motorcycle which is 250 cc in less then the WORLD PRICE!!its a good product,and please not speculate the price as its not final yet.let it roll first in the streets,then ride yourself.at least it will urge other manufacturers to push their portfolio to contain something like this or better or close just like a bajaj pulsar/just like hh cbz etc.so lets start guys.peace.

Booked CBR

Hi Guys,

Just booked CBR250r black in Saphire Honda Bangalore.
Booking person told that the bike will be available in march for test ride.

Their showroom will get 45 units initially, already ~22 bookings done.
according to him onRoad price would be near 165k, and the mileage would be 25kmpl.

me too...he he..i am from kochi..:P

Guys any clue on the top speed??

I went to book mine today but the showroom was closed because of the festival

i am repeating what i said.

since the cbr is not a track oriented bike the chances of it crashing ,if pushed to the limit is high,compared to a race bred machine. the cbr will never handle like an r15. time will prove it. just wait and see. i own 4 bikes-yezdi,passion,bullet,r15. i have seen it all. ridden it all. stop lecturing and learn to respect others point of view rather than trying to sound like a
mama. grow up.

On the contrary, the CBR250 is a SHAM! The 150 was (and the new avatar of it) is a track oriented bike and hence deserves the CBR tag! The 250 is a commuting/touring oriented bike.

The R15 is a mix and match of what was Yamahas deseprate attempt to come back with a bang.

The P150 was a similar styled, lower powered P180 for the 'masses'


The CBZ was for the rich kid whose father would sponsor the bike and HH could fleece them on spares!

The glamour was an economical 'upgrade' from the passion!

Every 150 in India was designed with a different thought process, to cater to a 'segment' in India. Yet we are blinded by this mentality of same CC means ideal to compare!


Heck we always had RE's with much higher cubic capacity in a similar price band, why are we still going gaga over the CBR!

Even if you own all the bikes in the world unless you see and ride a bike i wont comment or argue about it .
For your information i am an engineer not a astrologist to predict the things from future .. and we call an apple an apple and will never say

I have got various report posts from this topic about a couple of members. We are currently scanning the topic to see who is at fault, and rest assured they will be infracted and banned for a good amount of time for creating this mess very soon.
