i doubt its anything more than a cosmetic upgrade... we can expect 1-2 bhps more due to the added weight of the tyres.. but that's it... although this should have been the r15 in the first place which was launched back in 2008...

I cant believe you ppl are still debating whether its an 15 or a 25, cm'on man its definitely not a 1, i'm not sure about the 5 part but its definitely not a r15...
and yamaha clearly needs a 25bhp+ bike in the current scenario, they have to beat CBR,ninja,Future KTM, and a lot more, I believe this is the bike that will make me sell my apache

Hold your breath guys, the actual R25 is yet to reveal itself. Yamaha enjoys clandestine ways as often. This is not R25. You gotta wait till end of June for a bigger cc from Yamaha.
