      This thread reminded me by good old Ex-R15

      I feel like to buy one. I could see some very intelligent posts here and hope their assumptions go back.

      Considering the frequency of visits to petrol bunks 42 kmpl R15 looks good when compared to 30 kmpl R25.

      But still, wont mind 30kmpl.

              here it is... broken down.

              the new tail is higher & shorter than the current R15.

              so it just makes the swingarm look much longer.

              i'd say the swingarm size increase is about 20mm or less.

              The riding stance seems a lil more aggressive thanks to a flatter seat.... can you super impose the chassis now? Seems like the same ratios to me!
              The Front headlight is prolly slightly different (r6 types)
              The rear sprocket seems to be a lil larger (a few more teeths may be)
              The Rear rims seem a lil thicker (which adds to the look of a slighlty bigger tyre!

                Might be the Fatter rear tyre in the new R15 has made the difference, the only reason I could think of the illusion of a bigger swingarm.

                        I was reading comments on other forums... Most of them say that its an Indian version of R125 (comments were dated from 25/5/11 till date). The number 125 is seen. What are your opinions about the 125 guys?? I dont think it will be bad either considering the present rate of petrol and budget minded...

                              It obvious that if yamaha launch r125 for INDIA, it will be designed to give more mileage than R15... my personal view though... Moreover the price will be in the fazer or p220 range...maybe.... still ifs and buts...has anybody got any new news??
