Roger that.

I had sent a mail to that showroom yesterday by attaching the pic of white d390 showcased at eicma. Today they confirmed its the same colour. Still I will take pics from all angles for all of you.

Hello Friends, Yes you are right that there is some approval pending however, got mine yesterday, directly after the showroom launch. Believe me its an awesome machine.

If you ask me which colour I would choose, I would choose the Orange. It stands out and looks better than the white.

The knuckle guards are white for the white Duke and will be fitted during delivery

If you ask me which colour I would choose, I would choose the Orange. It stands out and looks better than the white.

black and white looks soo gorgeous.. its amazing. less attention seeking than orange. wish i had waited for another year..

The showroom guys said if I want white colour, then they will deliver it on Wednesday itself with registration in this month.

For orange, they are not sure about the availability of stocks and are not ready to give any confirmation but tentatively 25th of this month.

I have finalized on orange and so expecting it on 25th.

Ps: Never ask your girl/wife which coloured bike to get, they will always have other thoughts and finally you will be confused even more.

If you see the white from front, the corners of headlight are painted black and even the WP forks are black. Makes the bike look small. But it's the other way round when you see the orange one.

And about attention seeking, I think we all buy good bikes to get the "Biker" attention from others. Eye candy is must :-).. That's just my thinking.

yes,for some reason,that white doesnt look good. too plain for that exceptional design. Is it company paint, or they have customised it themselves! I believe the 250 White looks better.

I would like to take a look at the BMW before finalizing so will have to wait for sometime.

It is a company paint. You can search "Duke 390 white EICMA" on YouTube. It was already showcased overseas.

Showroom is at Kanjurmarg.

I waited for baby beemer for more than a year now but BMW is taking too long for launching it and I am out of patience now. I feel it won't be fast but it will be smoother than the D390, but for the smooth needs I have a jap in my hands already ;-)

As per Maharashtra Budget 17-18, taxes remain unchanged for two wheelers. Need to check one thing though, they are claiming to waive off octroi and bring in GST.

But GST is going to be implemented from July 1 onwards

You might be right. I am not aware of the implementation date. Bottomline is, atleast in Maharashtra, we can allow the delivery and registration in April as no extra tax will be levied.
