And it's better still than my brother in law's Yamaha Alfa where the side indicator is so soft, you don't get when it's tick-tocked!!
The front plastic flap is another story. Broke mine's plastic holder on one side, and it started to vibrate like crazy. Had to put in a piece of rubber to stop it vibing.
Use WD40 and see how free the pass switch gets!

Pricing is official now. I feel 88k ex-showroom for a 200cc with 18.2 bhp and abs as standard is a very good deal as compared to insanely priced 150cc and 160cc motorcycles...
        sigpic
A good long ride can clear your mind, restore your faith and use up a lot of fuel....

Its too early to say it will be a super hit or not. There are 3-4 things people need to check like engine heating, (because of its compression ratio) overall build quality, actual performance in real world conditions etc.

Heating will be same as hornet. Same compression ratio of 10:01 , actually xtreme is a grown up hornet, in terms of performance, seating comfort, etc.

It'll kill the competition. Only people looking for mileage will go for 150cc segment bikes

Too early to hit top speed, isn't it?
Should have let the engine settle down, run-in properly and then try to hit speedo indicated top speed.
After 3.5 years of ownership and not many kms on odo, my 220 does respectable speed for an engine that hasn't seen any work in 10 years of it's existence. [emoji23]
Xtreme 200 is a powerful commuter bike. It is literally fighting in the 150-180cc segment and has nothing to do with Apache 200 or Pulsar 200 area.

The world ain't all sunshine and rainbows. It is a very mean and nasty place. It will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it.

Yes, that's true, during run in period he has stressed the engine, it'll affect his bikes performance in the long run

I think he has only 354 kilometres in odo reading,( play the video at 720p and you'll notice it) i think he doesn't know about run in procedures

Yes, it is, but this doesn't look like much of a torture. There is another guy in Youtube who does all sorts of things with his new 1604v (Burnouts, brake power test, top speed, etc). Finally he made a video that he had to replace the cylinder-piston set/timing chain, etc and SVC advised him to ride gently for a few thousand kms. Then again he posts another video saying the parts cost were covered in warranty. I really pity TVS who for no fault of self had to bore the cost of new parts - they were probably worried about 1604V's reputation and this fellow makes another video "1st gear challenge" .

That's the time 3:54 -> If you notice there is no space for other digits on LHS of 3, so gotta be time. I think he got the trip mode on, Odo doesn't show any big number.
