    • @Kwokfist: Bajaj's probiking range (Pulsar 200/ 220/ Avenger) products are not provided for test-ride purposes. Strange, but true.

      • @Aryan: But, here I've have test ridden all but the P220 from their showrooms. I havnt been to the showrooms asking for a test ride this year but about a year ago i did test ride the avenger and p200 from the showroom. I knew the showroom guys there but i saw test rides being offered to others as well, but the only difference was i had no one sitting behind me. Was wondering if they might allow test rides of the new p220.

        • Even i had test rode the P220 DTS-Fi back then when it was launched at Bangalore. The bikes are certainly available for test rides everywhere.Even most of my friends have test rode the P220 in other places as well.

The only bike i know which is not available for test ride is the R15!!

Btw, the P220 looks oh so sexxy in BLACK!!

          • Dissapointing fact for the existing FI owners like me.. Would be much happy if those mods can be done in our Fi system.. at cheaper Cost.. My ride is Just 3months and 20days old.. Ive Crossed 10,700kms.. i dunt know whether they will do my 5th service properly..

            • @Kwok, Chicane: Strange. Here, in Delhi, it seems they are not available for test rides.

              • Titanium Silver is now Greyish Silver mettalic.

And as far as Test Drives are concerned in a town where you have probiking outlet, you can test ride it on dyno. In case of non probiking town where the retail is done from high end dealership, they might provide on road test rides.

                • Man! day by day am feeling bad & good too. A very mixed feeling. And I am sure those who are Bajaj fans will feel the same. If the reviews, tests are anything to go by, its gonna be hell of a bike!! Its gonna beat the competition hands down. Kudos to the STARS AHEAD team!! Fantastic job there guys!

But cmon man!! Please give the existing owners something to cheer about too

i got a test ride of the Avenger 200 last month. on road test ride, just me and my friend sitting pillion, on a brand new bike with just about 5 kms on the odo.
There once was a woman who was quite begat.
She had three babies named Nat, Pat, and Tat.
She said it was fun in the breeding,
But found it was hell in the feeding
When she saw there was no tit for Tat.

You have no reason to be disappointed, I'm sure the Fi system will show its benefits, just wait till the 220 launches and lets take a look at those mileage figures. The modification are mostly to the engine, so I doubt if you can incorporate the SAME mods into your bike. The Fi is still the most expensive bike Bajaj has to offer, I don't think you should be worried about service.

                          Good for you!

@Bandhav: I would love to get even a dyno test of the new P220. And thanks for clarifying the confusion that I had.

@Punisher: There is ABSOLUTELY no reason why you should be worried. Your machine, I am sure will get proper servicing and care. If you are worried about your Fi 220, think about us who own P200. The bloody machine is being scrapped off the production lines!
                          :)

From the pics it seems that the tyres are coming with the same name only. I still doubt their soft compound claims!

Anyways, more importantly MRF is shutdown indefinitely due to labour strike! I've been waiting to replace my balding rear tyre for more than a month now!!!

EDIT: Do not go for the Zapper C's they suck even if they come in soft compound! The Zapper Vyde's are excellent...and also very very soft compound!
