Also, they have new color names for the colors of new P220. Earlier, blue used to be called Long beach blue and new one is called Plasma Blue. As per PBK sales guy...color is same only name is different. We will only know when we see the bike if it's a different shade compared to earlier color.

About the LEDs it is possible. You just need to remove the old LEDs and solder on the new ones!Your biking tells a lot about the person you are!

What about the swing arm..?
Im not sure if anyone noticed this or whether this has already been discussed...but the swing arm on the 220 dtsi seems to be from the lower capacity siblings and not the elliptical cross-section type(the 1 in the fi version of the bike) that came in the avenger. But this is only an observation ..i think it may not be the elliptical one in the newer version..not sure of that though.Just because you haven't seen it doesnt mean its impossible...expect the unexpected.

Price Check(On Road):Originally posted by Samy View PostI have official quotation of P220 DTS-i from PBK, Pune. It will be 78,105 INR On road in pune.
Delhi:74,495
Mumbai:80,015
Pune:78,105
Other guys please pour in your city prices so that we can have a nice list for reference.
I disagree with the PBK, have seen all the colours in the new 180 and all of them looked different to me.Originally posted by Samy View PostAlso, they have new color names for the colors of new P220. Black:I already mentioned it on the last page.
Silver:More greyish like Unicorn
Blue & Red:Looked lighter than the earlier ones. But these two might be same as the earlier ones but definitely not the first two.
I guess the same colours should be continued on the bigger 220.
@Samy-Is the bike already showcased in Pune PBK?Need to check it out.Last edited by MG; 06-25-2009, 02:49 PM.

New Pulsar 220 - Blue eyed boy
Yes, it seems it does.
By the way, I think I have found a solution for this issue. I am going to remove the fairing mounted RVM's of my P220 and put the handle bar mounted ones from the 2009 P180 UGIV.. its got the same clip on handlebars found on the P220, so fitting the handle bar mounted RVM's should probably be possible.
Will post pics if done.
