Calling the showroom doesnt really do shit.
If they dont deliver my bike on 23rd I am cancelling the bike and getting myself an MT01. Its just that MT01 with my noob kinda biking experience would be like ordering a deathwish.
Something doesn't make sense here.. where is the comparison between a Ninja 250 and a MT01? Cost, Specs, where! Why would someone who wants a MT go book a Ninja and talk about canceling it? They are a different league NO?
Maybe I am hallucinating here
Life is like riding a bike. It is impossible to maintain your balance while standing still.

Accidents which happen by accident can happen on any bike. The MT-01's weight on paper is insane, but feels lighter than it actually is. That said, you can really feel the weight through the corners.Originally posted by TenHut View PostNothing will kill me if am not being a tool. Its not just about me. Its also about accidents which happen by accident. MT01 with its insane dry weight and hammering torque cannot be a beginners bike especially since I am not only new to the biking scenario but also new to indian roads. But I get your point.
Anyway, the concept of a beginner's bike is a Western one and I don't really subscribe to it simply because we grow up around 2 wheelers in one way or the other, whereas they don't. Any bike can be ridden by a beginner if he respects what it can/cannot do.
PS: This does NOT apply to a 2005 Kawasaki ZX-10R
I wouldn't even bother convincing him if I were you.. I'd be out riding it by nowOriginally posted by TenHut View PostI should have elaborated. My bros MT01; which is only 2 to 3 months old. Bugger went back to Australia after that and wont sell it either. He just might end up doing it if i convince him

Getting the MT01 would only be the fastest way of getting my hands on a pair of two wheels since its almost in the family.Thats all there is to it.
Nevermind.
My last update from PBK is that the Insurance Surveyor had visited the bike. ( Do they do that for every bike that gets sold ? )
Wednesday the bike would be getting registered and on 22nd(Thursday) the number plate would be ready.(Which I would then demount as I just read somewhere about someone getting a ravishing number sticker done)sigpic
when i ride bullet before my bullet was solid condition but i once race with a Ceilo car and my engine size. mechancic say bullet is good bike but no racing. it is good for three people and very powerful.

Yes..it does look like (as I said before) that the booking numbers are absolutely making no sense. They started from eight hundred something and then got back into seven hundred and ninties and then later climbed back to around 825. Well...Pune guys are capable of doing much more than we can imagine them to

Any idea why is this guy selling his bike just after 250 Km? Is he moving out of the country or he has found some problem with the bike?
Just wondering!Last edited by ashutosh_x; 10-21-2009, 10:45 AM.

Why you said so? Can you shed me some light on 2005 ZX-10R?Originally posted by rossiter View PostAccidents which happen by accident can happen on any bike. The MT-01's weight on paper is insane, but feels lighter than it actually is. That said, you can really feel the weight through the corners.
