    • @Fireblah...

Good choice on delaying the after market upgrades.
Whenever you do get an exhaust, remember...loud isnt always fun. It might seem a lot of fun initially.....but you r the one closest to that sound. And it becomes freaking irritating after a while....imagine a bike growling away to glory in a traffic jam. Plus it becomes a nuisance to others...
So dont just pick the loudest of the lott.

      Peace...ride safe

When your bike was delivered, were the wheels already fitted, or was it installed during the PDI?

May be this is due to misalignment, dont know, because never align the SBK wheel before

@SVJhonda Nice writeup, wana meet some day soon.

@vishal When we can meet for a photo session,(no ride just behind the cam)

....Thanks a million to Fireblah for letting me ride the 'Blade. I really cant put it in words. It was like, he let me live 5 minutes of my dream.....

The CBR1000RR Fireblade..... Truly, pure awesomeness!!!
So now you are in my place! Do you remember me writing such a story about my encounter with the Repsol Blade? I hope you have now experienced the real power of the sbk! And you must have now gotten a feel when i had mentioned the howling and blurring of the world around you!
                  Cheers!

My throttle hand has gone twitchy from yesterday's experience. Cant ride my bike properly now

Guess what? I even had a mega dream yesterday night (better not mention what the dream was, else Vishal will certainly have a heart attack!).

Ah, well.... after effects of a Fireblade....

I am kinda emotional reading that
The blade (or any sbk) is just magical... when i am riding the blade, its like how Neo sees the matrix, everything changes. I suddenly feel forgiving. Exactly like that ad on tv.. I forgive the bad roads, i forgive the taxis, i forgive the mad people on road, i forgive all !
Just like you've attained enlightenment !
And the bike is so well behaved, at 15kmph, or at 200kmph, she is the same ..
btw, I used to stall her too in the beginning,
and there is no queue outside :P
Wanna queue up for a pulsar ride? most welcome all ! :P
I keep telling you. I really cannot thank you enough.
And yes, the bike is indeed well behaved. When you flicked it into a sweeping right turn, I could've sworn my meart stopped beating for a few seconds....

No queues yet, although a lot of pointing and staring at you know what!!

                    • get the slip on mate. loud pipes save lives. makes everyone around you aware of you and move out of your way. it dosent have to be the loudest , but every aftermarket pipe is louder than stock and they do sound very tasteful. buying a full exhaust is good if you have that kind of money to throw away , but trust me you dont need those 3-4 extra horses up top. ive got a yoshi on my gsxr 600 and a micron on the zx10 . love the sound of both of them. and its not annoying in traffic at all either
