^^ this is the only riding gear they gave. And its neither mesh, nor leather.
Normal 'textile' jacket with removable inner liner for cold weather, and vents for air...May the torque be with you..

Anyways, Blade underwent second servicing on Saturday.
Oil and oil filter were changed and other regular stuff.
The Oil that was put in...
I know, I know.... but given the claimed 12K kms life of this oil, I preferred my peace of mind.
The Oil filter was fit pretty tight and refused to open using the conventional tool
As you can see in the following picture how much force he is putting hehe. Still it did not come out using that tool, instead the nut of the tool came off !
So instead non standard tool was used
Still it took a lot of effort... but finally it came off..
a lot of time was spent on chain cleaning.. and I feel that was necessary.
Special thanks to Mr. Ashok, who serviced the bike with utmost care. As he was saying, "I treat the bike as if its my own"
Our engineer used castrol chain wax to lube the chain. It forms a visible white coloured coat over the chain.
Chain tightening...
Battery checking...
The steering damper ...

Labour + outstation charges is about 4k and you pay for oil and oil filter. Oil can be anywhere between Rs 700- Rs 3000 per litre. Oil filter is for Rs 750 (genuine honda)Originally posted by jeyessh View PostMay the torque be with you..

guud that ur servicing is done now..
u will be more than happy to ride it once again...
your servicing lasted for 5 hours.... guud that Honda guys are giving some time finally.. other wise what bunny marwaha was depicting, i thought these guys are gud for nothing...
