just when you know what you want, you end up reading some thread which makes you think - and then confuses you yet again.

i had my heart set on the fireblade the first time i rode it. was totally smitten by it. but then when they announced the price for it, i scratched it out from my heart immediately.

past few months have been drooling over the 848, and then came the 848 evo - the way the white one looks - it falls right in the MUST have category for me. past one month or so, had my heart set on it - and was thinking of ways how to buy it (farfromnormal's thread wasn't helping either).

and here like a fool today i read this thread - yes from start till the end - only to be reminded what joy it is to own a honda. it's like one of those girlfriend which can also be wife material - it can be wild if you want it to, and it can still be docile and "nice" if you want it to.

great write up - and good videos too (if this is what you created to kill time while getting your bike - what do you do for a living??)

the problem starts once again - how to decide. to listen to the heart and go for the 848 evo OR listen to the brains too and plan for the fireblade!!

and no - i am not interested in the gixxers / busas / r1s
