Got the powerbox of RXS100.

Found time to fix the power box/YEIS. After plonking the powerbox it did failed to kick start in first attempt but after few. There was a drastic difference felt in the pull and even smoother. For first 5 kms or so, felt that there was a vacumn in the lower rpm and when raised it responded well but it vanished after. Now, I'm completely satisfied with this add-on. Good things happen without something bad, yes, I had bought the resonator pipe spring for use, unfortunately had misplaced and could not find it at all. Odo - 825 kms done
Idles - good
Timed - 22 deg (approx)
FE - detuned to give around 30's
Vibes - not felt
brakes - sucks! had changed the rear to ASK local make and it works better.
Issue/Observation:- Only after slight AFR adjustment bike tends to have some pull. Otherwise it is just good around 30-50 kmph!
Again, I'm not too ripping hard, reason? just under 1k km and with ever reliable brakes don't want to risk. However, touches 60 but needs some time to get there.
Question:- Does RX100 always scream even to reach 60kmph? In my RX135, would have just shifted to 4th. After this comparison, everything looks good, but something is not right feeling I get. This is scary.
Checked the carb and needle is on 3rd from top. AFR is set to 1.25 turns than earlier 1.75. Autolube works fine but then mixes 10ml/ltr on the tank as well to be safe.
Revvs freely, no knocking at lower gears nor felt bike jerks while deceleration. I've slightly bumped up the tyre size (rear 3.00 and front 2.75), don't think this should just bring down the show completely.
During the course of time, the throttle response has improved, but still not convinced to try some more.
I'm still not forunate to get the neutral switch cap (black rubber).

If low to mid is sluggish turn AFR anticlockwise by half turn..
If there is hesitation during mid transition, turn AFR anticlockwise by half turn...if it bogs down or stuttering,in mid transition then shift throttle needle circlip to 2nd from top.
If top end is weak go up in Main jet....When Was The Last Time,You Did Something For The First Time.

On YEIS upjet your pilot jet, if you cannot find a new one go one clip down on the needle and see the difference, notice your plug colour now its should read lean in current stage and after jet change or clip position change it should read a bit richer, it should be ok after all this."Engine tuning is not an exact science, but with some practice and patience you'll get comfortable with your skill and be able tune for any conditions mother nature throws at you"
