Now its a crucial stage. Runnin. You need to be careful and be attentive to the detail of engine note and behaviour. Your engine is bound to heat up (New rings) a lot so remember to give a break regularly. Try not to over feed 2T oil as it spoils cumbustion thus results in sluggish response.
Sriram, your dream has indeed inspired another dream. And many more to come. Thanks a lot!.And i didn't rebuild the engine,so won't have to worry about running-in.But point noted for future reference!

Wonderful mate. Eye candy for everyone. Good work and wonderful output.

One more suggestion, get the GB case stickered / painted with a black strip / circle (like the below snap)

                Edit:
Just noticed the screws for side shield. Man, change them to the bigger slotted screw.

                    Awesome job!

I don't like the cylinder/bore painted black though, spoils the final look. What is the condition of the bore? Perhaps you could consider replacing it later.

                      Thanks a lot brother.

Its running 2nd O/S piston now.The perfomance and compression is good enough.Anyways will be stocking some critical spares for the future. And bore kit will be in it.Black was just a matter of personal preference,as most parts are either chrome,or silver.

Wov..."The Calm Before the Storm" is that the original Nylogrip ST 2.75 x18 came on the 'authentic"RX ? make sure you put the Carb Boot Rubber, or water will enter the carb in mansoons.other wise everything looks perfect. enjoy your ride

                              Very nice build.
Between, RX's upper chain cover has the opening for lubrication ?
May be the later models and RXG/135 had it in lower chain cover?

Rx100 has hole in the upper cover. rxg onwards its in the lower one.
