Well since the painter's mom died I neither wanted to rush nor jinx the restoration. So I will be initiating the process of paint and spray on the first of next month. After that it should be about a week.
And as to the colour, I am absolutely sticking to stock which is peacock green-blue.

Ho sad, but my sugesstion after you start with the frame assembly you can do the tank and shiled painting ( during the final stage) as you know generaly mechanics give a dam about painted parts which are in the shed, it will go through all abuse.

Btw how much is the cost for painting tank + side shield ??

Hi Balgi good morning today i am planning to go to Yamaha Authorised Spares dealer for my tank and shild paralley if you could let me know the painting cost of the orginal peackock blue it would be great 😊 because i am planning to buy a new one from YAS and one used good condition for painting so if you ok i can send u the tank and shild so that you can paint it along with your bike and send me the parts

[MENTION=19320]eminemjohn[/MENTION]. I inquired as to the cost of painting, it'll cost about 6k for the tank and side covers and it'll take about a month to get the shade right. It involves stripping the tank and covers of paint and cleaning internally and then two coats of primer and about 4 coats of paint. My mech is a bit of a perfectionist in matters such as these. In fact he rarely overlooks anything. Will talk to him tomorrow to see if he is willing to undertake the job and let you know.

yes last week saw made in japan crank in my friends home i think he have to sale bcoz he have rxz 5s

No no, I thought you said crank case cover. I already have my own original crank in pristine condition and an extra crank as well. but thanks for looking out anyway.
