Aargee, what is your intention behind using a flatslide instead of the stock carb?

Whats your source for the carb? Fakes are available for dime a dozen, BigBore has posted a pic of a fake PWK.

Guys chill, I've been using this for 3+ years now without any issues. Source? I don't know, one of my previous mech, who was reliable at that point, had changed it for me. If you think the fake ones also last so long, pls suggest me some method to detect a fake one, I can check for those & let you know if I've a fake one.

I own one fake and three original PWKs. Seen them enough to make out if its real or fake in one sight.

Below is a pic of one of my original PWKs. Can you spot the differences?

@ SunnyBoi - Thanks for the pic. Yes i can surely see the differences and confirmed from the source i bought that its a Keihin 30mm replica. But trust me the performance is amazing as i am using it currently. I have a Mikuni TM28 smoothbore as well. Will be fitting it soon.

Glad to help, Yes the fake ones work. However they are nowhere as good as the real ones.

Hey sunniBoi.. since you own three of them, can u give us some tips on how to spot a fake? lots a fake PWKs floating around.. what performance difference do u notice betwn a fake n a real one?

@Sunnyboi - Yes, I second Yamdoot's opinion; pls help!!! Any inputs on Mikuni also helps. Do you think ordering one online from abroad will help?

Question on reliability!!! Its better to pay more & have a peaceful sleep rather than spend less & whine over lost money!!!

Anyway I don't intend to do buy one immediately even if mine turned out to be a fake one.
