    • @Sandeep - Thanks; I'll take Yamdoot's suggestion. BTW, beautiful RXZ; I'm sure everyone envies you when you're on road. From a few years now, people will even start asking, is this modified Pulsar or Discover

      1. Well NO; its more than loose but not touching the swing arm now, in a weeks time, it will start touching the swing arm. I need to adjust this chain for every 1000 odd Kms, which is becoming a pain!!!

      2. I strongly suspect the 2nd one; How do I verify this as I'm not taking this to a mech & like to do it myself. I'm sure all the washer/bolts everything is intact as per manual.

3 - I don't think so; and that's exactly the reason I wanted to try with my existing 15 tooth sprocs.

Excellent pic there; I like the quote "When the Fail is so strong, one Facepalm is not enough". Lol

CDI?? You mean RDD CDI? I've one of them including the 90/100 & waiting to install. Reason being - scared, if I would blow those expensive gadgets. If you're reffering to the same, then, I would need some advice.

                Yes and No

I dont remember why but Pradeeps contact is saved as "Pradeep CDI" in my phonebook So I was replying to him.

As for Ron and his toys...I am an "ex-customer" of rons........I run a different magnet-CDI setup......... so please dont ask me. Pradeep is the man He actually has got it running pretty well on his bike I believe...

Ok, I'll call him when I install it. For now, I need to fix that minor chain thing; its making hell a lot of noise in parking lot. Next is that front brakes. I don't know if I need to replace the pads; if it is, then I don't know which pads suits. If none of them suits, then I need to change my entire setup.

Do you hear the sound if you rev up in say 3rd gear upto 60 and then back off the throttle and cruise down the road - do you hear a tick tick metallic sound ?
