Correct me if I'm wrong, are you saying 50ml of oil makes the vehicle push a little more faster rather than normal mix? BTW, what grade of oil were you using? Details are appreciated. Tks.

    • i think what he means is that giving more throttle will also bring about a proportionate increase in the amt of lube supplied to the engine (could be wrong)

        Err...no I guess...see the previous post

sorry man my bad ... its 25ml oil if u r using side box and 50 ml if u r not using it .. for 1 lit petrol
So its premix & its 50ml per 1 litre. I'm really concerned about using 50ml per litre.

              • aargee and kb100 u both r correct
the basic thing is mixing more oil reduces the friction between piston and barall so..
                1. the out put is little more
                2. at high throttle less friction and runs smoothly
                3. this also sets u r engine good
                i use castrol 2t

                • @Vicky - Castrol 2T - you mean Jetx?
Ok, so what happens if I mix 60ml? Can I expect more output due to even less friction? Any idea?

                      • yes it reduces friction .. 50 ml is enough ... until u set u r engine .. go for 60 ml only when u r doing top speed .... na man i use normal one ..go for jettx no probs

                          • @vicky - the gear indicated on the speedo generally indicate the optimum range as per the speed, that which gear should be used when and at what speeds.

a stock 135 4S/5S anything wont do 120kmph true, maybe speedo indicated, or on a long enough downhill section, but not under its own steam.

                            • go down on main jets by size of 10's, else another cheap option the needle slot to th top most position.

the needle position goes like this, there would be five slots.
                              1) center position neutral (neither rich nor lean)
                              2) the two slots above the center is leaner and leanest.
                              3) the two slots below the center position is richer and richest.

                              • You know? I just adjusted the idle screw little bit & the sputtering has come down. Any clue as what's going on inside the carbs?

Regarding Yamdoot's & your recommendation, I'll do it this weekend. I'll get the size of jets also.
