Managed to source one of my favourite part in Rx100 . I tried the new core in the existing silencer & felt WOW!!!, this is the one I was looking for. Some more refinement will be seen with the new silencer.

Yes, you're right. I'll take your advice & replace the pics for better understandability.

Dude Are you getting the Original beat by putting the new core into existing silencer pipe?

If so then why you get new silencer one? Please let me know if you are getting the OE bike RX100 beat in now days new silencer.

You will not get those beats untill and unless you have some major carbon deposits on the muffler, for that one should wait atleast 5k kms.

For a good comparo keep both old and new mufflers next to next your new one should turn to the old colour then the beats will start sounding good.

psycho for understanding clear that muffler which is built in on the new silencer right and core which can change at any time

Yupp if its a new silencer then it would actually need more time in getting the bassy sound. it will not change anytime its depends on what you are changing new silencer and muffler, old silencer and new muffler. carbon deposits play a major role in the sound waves.

I have not had any probs with the new mufflers, i usually knock out all the baffells in the muffler ( there are 4 totally ) and cover the small holes not the round ones but the side one,at a friendly welding shop and use them, but one thing it all deopends from where you source the muffler also..

Yes, the tune is nearly perfect.

Instead of chroming the old, I got a new one.

The tune is nearly perfect may be for the following reason

Visited the mech after several months to discuss further about the Rx rebuilds for his suggestions. I've to buy Pulsar's fork & suspension & I've decided to buy that one too for practical reasons. My dream on stock Rx100 is not going to my plans .

The present core/muffler has all the 4 removed. I couldn't understand the latter part on welding, could you help me understand? May be some pics can help.
