Yeah! It's true that aftermarket sleeve cannot be compared an original bore, but better than some Chinese one. It all depends on the experience and perfection lead by the lathe man. I have tried sleeve in my RX135 once. I didn't find any issue riding it. Sometimes I rode upto 110 kmph on the same sleeve. Again, it depends on the quality of metal and precise carving of ports.
And once I did ride around 530 KM in a day - Delhi to Jaipur, Jaipur to Delhi by the same sleeved RX135. I didn't notice any difference in power. That sleeve was installed by an experienced lathe/mechanic in Allahabad. Once the lathe man did his job, my mechanic himself matched and chamfered all ports before installing that into my RX. That was almost a perfect job. Later, I found an original bore, still riding on that (.75 size).
