need RX135 YEIS 4 SPEED (2002)cylinderkit... anyone having the same? how much it will cost.... currently i'm having the 3rd oversize piston(the piston got seized)... the cylinderkit is not available here.. is it a good idea to put a sleeve in the bore and use the current cylinder kit??(it will cost abt 2400rs)

You can still have a 1.00mm [4th OS] bore done. Pistons upto 8th oversize can be sourced. So you can defer the sleeve job for now.

the piston i'm havin now is 1.0mm... the lathe workshop guy said he will bore the cylinder if i can get a 1.25mm piston(no one here around has that piston)...if i can get the 1.25mm piston that will b gr88

You will be really lucky if you find a new 4 speed cylinder kit Price should be within Rs.8,500!

Wow, i see the new trend here. Earlier the sellers used to get the PM & now the buyers are expecting to be sent a PM. Great.

Anyways, coming to the query, i have the right side brand new 5-speed type covers, but you can have it only after april end. If you can wait, good enough, else there are plenty of sellers around, infact its crowded now.

Guys, i have gotten a lot of PMs for bore kits. I just want to share the following -

If anyone is interested in a 5speed bore kit ( 4Y201 ), with piston, rings, gudgeon pin, i can arrange the same @ the following rates -

Bore - 5,600
pIston - 300
rings - 150-200
Gudgeon pin - 100-120

( Please note international shipping, and import duty on landing would be extra and as applicable. I can give an idea if you want ).

If you want first oversize as well, i can get that. My parts have been shipped today for my bike only ( not ordered anything for anyone ).

But if you guys can/want to get together and place a bulk order, you all can save on shipping. I have spent around 695$ on a number of parts in all... ill be giving the break up once i receive the parts.

JD!! Thats a fab price man. I would like you to know that Indonesia is full of 4Y2 fake bore kits these days coz there its in great demand.. so just beware someone doesnt con you. pls send me the pics on my mail once you get the stuff. I am seriously interested in getting an original one.
