Strange Incident

Tuesday night, i got a call from someone from B'lore enquiring about 5-speed bore kit (1mm). In course of conversation i came to know that this guy was a big show off, he told me he had a 5-Speed with all mods & blah blah blah. Then came the surprise, i asked him why is he not trying for a new 5-speed bore kit & he told me he had picked up a brand new 5-speed bore kit for Rs.3600/- 4 months back & he wanted to purchase this for stocking up purpose.

Two things from this conversation:

1. Rs.3600/- for a 4TL10 bore kit !!! Even 1mm will be close to that. I dont know what else to say.
2. I would never give any parts to somebody who is having the intent of stocking. There are many hardcore RX guys who want to re-build their machines, but not able to do so because of lack of spares. My funda is very simple, give it to the needy ones & make sure some profit does come your way, rather than giving it away at mouth watering price to Rich kid who would want to use the stuff as a mere bedroom showpiece.

I want to save 2-strokes (Especially RX), this is my aim. Lets all work together with this aim.

I really appreciate the efforts put in by JD666, Atul, Arvind, Psycho to make this community to what it is today.
