Budget.. to be very frank, I dont have any constraints. Whatever suits the group. I can adjust per the situation, and I'm sure so can others, after all we are tourers!

Do what ever but try to start from Delhi as early as possible. The heat will be bad, make it very bad, if you guys leave in a relaxed manner and riding with the riding gear on won't be easy.
I'll suggest you guys be out of Delhi city limits by 7am MAX
In that case Bilaspur is a very near by target. I'll suggest (as Praful already mentioned), aim for Manali for the day. Doing it in 2 days, specially when you guys can start fresh and early from Delhi, to me is a waste of 1 day.

Day 3 will be a tough day.
You could be slowed down by the tourist traffic at Rohtang and keep buffer for any delay due to traffic being halted due to blasting work (for widening the road).
And then once you cross Darcha, the next possible place to stay would be at Sarchu (tents at Bharatpur might not be up so early - they were not last year). What this means is that any delay and you might be riding via Snowed Baralacha La in evening time.

So may be Manali - Darcha and Darcha - Leh (this will then get a bit long day but then once you cross Tanglang La, the rest can be done even if it gets dark).

If you plan to do Wari La then why come all the way back to Leh? Instead why not head towards Tangste (towards Pangong Tso) for night? Yes, you will have to cross Chang La and for that you got to reach Sakti (after crossing Wari La) in time.
Fuel might be an issue, that you can solve by either carrying extra or few faster guys ripping back to Karu and tanking up their bikes and carrying spare for rest.

Planning to prepare for Raid?
Use one of the buffer days or the days saved if merged Day 1 & 2 (as suggested above) together. Spend good time of early morning at the lake, enjoy it. Head to Leh and then rest there. Do Leh - Lamayuru the next day and then Lamayuru - Sonmargh after that.

I thought you are reaching on 30th and have a spare day in hand. With this I guess the split in the group in eminent as you won't be able to start before afternoon/evening of 1st which means change in ride schedule. As I'm an outsider I will let others to speak now.

Is Baralacha La in between Manali-Sarchu..?? And you predict that we would be reaching there by evening..? Sad news this..wanted to do it during morning/afternoon..to witness the "Ice-Route" ..

Then any suggestions on the above so that it can be visited in the morning/afternoon..!!

PS: At this juncture I would like to bring to your notice one small bad habit that I have.

+1 to MG..we already have a day extra i.e 31st to relax ... ideally which should include Bike servicing+rest.. And also if you wanna see around delhi..

1) what is the daily expenses budget(hotel+khana) on everyday basis?
i'll prefer it to be max rs.500-800 (but no real constraints)

2) one person should be responsible for "every activity" in the itineary..i.e one person for hotel booking..one person for food expenses..detailed maps..etc.
i can take care of the hotel booking as i dont have any problem in searching around, its been a habit now.

3) the itineary has been altered a bit..which be posted tomorrow in detail..! Everyone should see that and confirm whether that is do-able or not..!

5) the formation has been decided as to who all would be riding in which formation! Its been put-forth considering/seeing the riding styles of all. All are expected to adhere to that. Of-course there might be some alterations on run-time. But its better to stick to it.
good idea, but i disagree with the list made. I'll prefer to divide in max 3 groups of 3 each, as it'll be very helpful in any emergency. 2 is unhappening. Group 1 or 2 will lead & 3 will tail. Lemme know what you guys think.

6) satyen has been appointed the "accounts manager" for the trip.. I.e everyone has to submit 1000 rupees to him once in delhi, manali, leh or as and when required. He would be maintaining the list of all expenses throughout the ride and all monetary matters are to be discussed with him.

As mg said, we'll divide the bill among all of us equally, no matter what one eats, drinks or fasts.

7) since, some group2 is coming by train..so group1 ppl have to buy petrol for group2 and meet them at railway station.
not possible. we'll be resting & servicing our bikes as we'll leave for chandigarh in the evening at sunset, its hardly 4 hrs ride.

So another plan could be you do Manali - Darcha (a bit more relaxed ride, than Manali - Sarchu). Next day then you can do Darcha - Leh (but then slightly tougher than Sarchu - Leh but). But then I'll any day take riding to Leh in dark over riding to Sarchu in dark.
