Try modding the FFE Pipe to fit exactly as the size of the pipe from engine and a good and cleaner welding.

Happy to see that PSR sir is solving so many problems here .

saw your "FFE".....I feel sorry for you since you have been taken for a ride..whoever made and welded it had done a sloppy job...a FFE will reduce FE by a small margin , but what you have posted only shows that it is not suited for your engine..The exhaust tube from your bike is large and the FFE is smaller and the welding is very crude.

..there is no smooth flow of exhaust tube lines, then how do you expect smooth flow of hot gases "..
Remove it ASAP and save your engine...

Did your "Tuner" tune your engine for performance.?
yes he did tune the engine for performance...... i am getting a feeling like someone is pulling my bike from behind..... And it feels like the bike is asking for more fuel.... I think i have to remove the ffe. neways i'll sell this bike in december..... will releasing some more fuel help....? I just love the sound of my ffe. Its so calm yet bassy... and regarding that gasket part...i thought it will cost 300-400 bucks. will give it a try.... And try tuning the afr once more... Will have to find the perfect afr... And thnx psr sir.... Will give updates once the mod is done and sir whats that thing above the tube?

And 1 mre question. I fitted a freeflow 3 days back, and now my performance have dropped a lot, and mileage became around 15.... what might be the problem? I am not at all ripping my bike...i am riding between 35-50. Still low mileage. Plz help me. These are the pics of my ffe

It is also an Air pump..imagine the inlet valve opening and air fuel mix rushing into chamber due to suction...now when the valve closes the inrush of the AF mix continues due to momentum and successive waves collide and return back to air filter, and now the inlet valve opens and present suction to the air filter...the returning wave and incoming wave due to suction both collide in the inlet manifold to create standing waves and results in very poor filling of the chamber...this collision creates what is called a resonance and is not good for Volumetric efficiency of engine. So either the manifold has to be short or resonators which will absorb the resonant energy must be fitted to manifold, for efficient AF mix fill in the bore.

The removal of Gasket from bottom of bore is recommended since pressure levels are low and leaks are less likely to happen. You must apply THREE BOND liquid Gasket to seal the surface in place of the gasket...
This means removing the top head and bore ....Alternately the top Gasket between the Head and Bore can be made thin or removed and three bond applied.
If you are removing the top head gasket then care must be taken to apply the three bond liquid gasket and tightening the nuts properly so that no leak happens.

K&N will increase inlet AIR noise..you will not get any horse power increase.Eventually it will lead to more dust getting inside the bore and ruining the engine over a period of time.If you want go for a bigger Paper filter and do some mods to fit it without air leaks...It will last longer without dust getting inside...

Removing the top Head Gasket may lead to compression leaks since the combustion takes place on top,and the pressure and heat levels are much more than under the bore.
In most engine with bottom gasket this can be done for marginal increase in compression and FE,since most of the gaskets are 0.5mm or less.
This should not be done in Engines with 10:1 or higher compression as it will lead to pre-ignition and detonation.

Cool bro. Waiting for feedback from you and remember, Do not save three bond and apply very little ,it will leads to oil leak,So apply it as necessary, not more not less.

    Yes

The distance between the piston top and the head will be reduced by 0.5mm and will results in increased compression ,which gives us the bump in performance.

    Yes,Its the Liquid gasket.

Have a look at this pic,Karizma's cylinder and gasket.

Don't know about this,PSR ji Help!
where to find this liquid gasket? What shud i tell the shopkeeper? Whats the price?
